The bathtub-style shower in the room easily clogs, and the showerhead itself cannot be fixed and is damaged, making it easy to cut your hand. However, the hotel is still very convenient. You can check in at 12 PM, the elevators are fast, and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. The bus stop is a convenient five-minute walk away. It's a bit far from Myeongdong, so it's not too crowded or noisy. Seoul is more crowded than Busan and has more traffic, but it's more convenient for dining. Public restrooms are hard to find.

The location is great, just a five to six-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street, and a few more minutes to Lotte Department Store and the duty-free shop. It's also quite close to Dongdaemun; a taxi ride costs only a few dollars. The room is spacious for a Korean hotel, big enough to fully open a 30-inch suitcase. To store luggage, you need to go to B3 where there are lockers that are easy to use and very convenient. There's a small convenience store in the hotel lobby, which is handy for grabbing some snacks when you're tired from returning to the hotel. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The room offered fantastic views, and the staff communicated well in English. The only downside was a peculiar, body-odor-like smell from the wallpaper in the room. At first, I thought it might be from a previous guest, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they kindly let me check other vacant rooms, and they had the same smell. However, the hotel service was incredibly patient and attentive; they even provided an air purifier to help with the smell. The hotel's location is very convenient, and the restaurants downstairs are also delicious. Overall, I was satisfied.

The room was larger and cleaner than I expected, and the bed was also very clean and quite soft. Overall, it was very comfortable. Aside from having to stand in the bathtub to shower, everything else was pretty good.

The room has good soundproofing and is larger than other hotels in the same price range. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, a bit far from the pedestrian street. There's a convenience store downstairs and a cafe next door. When I first checked in, the room had a slight damp smell, and some of the furniture, especially the nightstands and desk, had peeling surfaces, making them look a bit old and not very new. Everything else was fine. The room was cleaned well, but there were some small mildew spots in the bathroom. Overall, it's still acceptable.

The hotel's location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk to Myeongdong and 5 minutes to the subway station. Although the room is small, it's very clean. I even ran into a friend, which was quite a coincidence!

For this Seoul trip, I chose Nine Tree Premier Hotel Myeongdong 2, and after a 3-night stay, I'm very satisfied overall. The location is excellent, right next to Euljiro 3-ga Station, just a 3-5 minute walk away, making transfers on lines 2 and 3 super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main shopping streets of Myeongdong, offering a perfect balance of being 'quiet amidst the hustle and bustle'—not as noisy as the core Myeongdong area, but still very accessible. The room was quite spacious for Seoul city standards, around 26 square meters, allowing us to fully open two 28-inch suitcases without them getting in the way. The bedding was clean, and soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The ground floor lobby has direct access to a GS25 convenience store, so if you want a late-night drink or snack, you don't even have to leave the building. Front desk communication was smooth in both English and Chinese, check-in and check-out were quick, and they even helped us store our luggage. The value for money in the Myeongdong area is truly competitive, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect for business trips or leisure travel. The location is excellent, close to the city center. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. A fantastic hotel!
