Twinpalms Tented Camp Phuket

The accommodation is lovely, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is not far from the beach, within walking distance (though the hotel also provides a shuttle service).

Highly, highly recommend! Absolutely delighted with my stay! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the breakfast restaurant view was absolutely stunning! I'll definitely be back!

We were upgraded to a pool room, which was incredibly picturesque. The sound of the rain at night was very soothing and helped me fall asleep after a long day. My friend found it a bit noisy though, so it might bother those who are light sleepers. Breakfast is a buffet served at the hotel bar downstairs, and it was absolutely delicious.

The environment and facilities are good. This tent hotel is a real tent, not a tent-shaped house. Therefore, sound insulation and thermal insulation are relatively poor. The poor thermal insulation can be compensated by turning up the air conditioning, so it doesn't affect much. However, there's nothing that can be done about the sound insulation. The hotel's bar has a fantastic atmosphere and is very popular locally, so there's a lot of noise late into the night. And if it rains heavily, the drumming sound on the roof is just something else!!!

The hotel isn't very big, but the overall service is quite good. It's peaceful and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, there aren't many activities available at the hotel.

This was the best hotel & resort I've ever experienced in my life. It wasn't a massive resort or packed with extensive amenities, but as a newly built property, the facilities were impeccably clean, and the friendly guidance and service truly impressed me. I think it's probably the best accommodation for travelers who enjoy camping or similar outdoor activities. If I ever come back to Phuket, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful with an amazing atmosphere! The staff provided excellent service, even better than some more expensive places. Definitely worth the price. There are so many activities to do. Highly recommend if you're looking for a truly relaxing getaway!
