Facilities: Safe, with a security chain, a bathtub, and even a safe, haha. Cleanliness: Very tidy, came with two combs. Environment: You can see the sea outside the window. Service: Very friendly.

The room was tidy and clean, and the service was warm and welcoming! I'm very satisfied; every time I visit, the surrounding environment and development are changing! I took the light rail to Ocean Station. If you enjoy walking or running and getting close to nature, you should definitely check it out if you get the chance! It's truly a rare find!

Cockroaches in the room and I was itchy while sleeping. They seriously overcharge on weekends and holidays. The building is old. If you're on a tight budget, I'd suggest staying near Zhuhai instead of Macau. The front desk service was okay, and luggage storage was convenient.

Whenever I come to Macau, this is my top choice. The transportation is convenient, and it's excellent. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. You can take the light rail directly to The Venetian, Wynn, The Londoner, and Galaxy! 😆😆😆

The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from the airport's departure level. For Macau, the price was really cheap. However, as soon as I walked in, there was a strong, musty smell. This smell lingered in the room and I couldn't even open the window. I couldn't sleep a wink all night and just wanted to get out of there as soon as I woke up the next morning.

Just a five-minute walk from Macau Airport, directly opposite the departure hall. Super convenient! I'll definitely consider staying here again for any future red-eye flights. Plus, the luggage storage after check-out is a huge bonus.

This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. To any solo female travelers out there, please, never stay here! I checked in on August 16th, and at midnight, a man directly used a room key card to open my door. When I reported this to the hotel, their response was incredibly perfunctory and irresponsible. They just brushed it off as a 'staff mistake,' claiming they mistakenly told a housekeeper my room needed to be changed and then had an employee open my door directly. In my subsequent conversations with the hotel, their attitude remained arrogant and dismissive, offering no reasonable explanation or solution. At first, they offered to refund my stay! I asked, 'Where am I supposed to go at this hour?!' They just kept passing the buck in all our follow-up discussions! Everyone, please be sure to protect yourselves! This kind of hotel should be boycotted immediately!

The room was great, clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient with excellent service. It's close to the airport; the light rail station is right off the airport stop. It's perfect for K-pop fans heading to the airport, as the departure hall is just downstairs.

This hotel is super close to the airport, and getting around by monorail is really convenient, you can reach so many places. The service is great, and the environment is lovely too. It was perfect for me and my friends to stay here for a concert.
