I came here for traveling in Sydney and I felt very lucky to choose Shangri-la as my hotel. During 3 days accommodation, there occurred a small incident on me, staff from Shangri-la responded quickly and patiently that has provided me big help. Except for that, every service we ordered was good and efficient, especially staff Luke Yang and Lynn(not sure if it’s correct spelling) impressed me a lot, thanks for their support. And restaurant upstairs is also a good choice for friends to meet, good environment and nice food, overall that’s a really good experience, if there’s chance again heading to Sydney in the future, I am still willing to choose here ❤️

I celebrated my birthday with a lovely lunch at Altitude Restaurant and stayed one night at Shangri-La Sydney. I absolutely loved the location and the breathtaking views. It was a wonderful setting for my birthday celebration, and I really enjoyed the overall experience. However, one thing that was a little disappointing was the bed. The mattress seemed to sag towards the middle, making it difficult for me to turn from side to side while sleeping. As a result, I didn’t sleep well and woke up with back pain the next morning. Overall, I really enjoyed my birthday experience at Shangri-La, but I hope the hotel can look into the mattress quality to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

The views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge from the window are absolutely stunning. Although the room is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and the service exceeded my expectations. The front desk offers Chinese-speaking staff, and in-room dining is also very convenient.

The food at the Executive Lounge was delicious. The laksa is highly recommended – it's very flavorful and a generous portion. The hotel room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit dated. The location is good, but you have to walk up a steep hill, and there aren't many supermarkets or convenience stores nearby. The Altitude restaurant on the top floor is quite good.
