We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was our first time staying in a suite. I also requested a birthday decoration setup from the hotel, and everything was wonderful! The suite was so comfortable that the kids didn’t even want to go home. They kept saying they wanted to come back again next time. Overall, I truly feel that it was worth every penny, and we had a wonderful stay!

This is my third time choosing WOLO. This hotel is located on the main street, right in the bustling area, and very close to Pavilion. The best part is its excellent soundproofing; you can't hear a thing from the motorcycles revving outside at night. The soundproofing is really well done! However, this time there was a bad experience: the disposable slippers I pulled out had toenail clippings on them. It seems like used slippers were put back? That's really disgusting!

The hotel's water quality is problematic; after showering, my whole body would itch and I'd feel feverish. The attitude of the front desk staff, especially one particular woman, was absolutely terrible! They prioritized white guests, showing blatant discrimination against Chinese people. We repeatedly brought up the issue with the shower water, and the hotel's response was to show us that the toilet water was clean!

This time I booked for golden king room. I felt the room is not much spacious enough to pack our luggage after shopping. The Architect has misused the space by keeping a corridor for toilet and shower. Amenities are available and the good part is if you need anything, they will provide. I haven’t taken breakfast this time. The hotel became old and dirty. You will find stains on the carpet and mole everywhere. Check the amenities tray in the picture you will understand 😑. As I mentioned in my previous review that this hotel doesn’t match with price and facilities. They charged for the location only.

Love the hotel and location! Rooms were clean and smells nice. Amenities were good and sufficient. Twin room is bigger than king room. One feedback is the hangers and drying rack could be open-aired instead of in cabinet for preventing it for being musky. Overall good experience and will be back!

The hotel is reasonably priced and has a great location, just right in front of the famous MCD’s intersection. You can walk there to Jalan Alor and Pavilion Mall . All the staff, including the front desk, security and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I like that the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. The only small problem was that the room inspection during check out was a little bit slow. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back when I visit KL again.

Location was really good just go down and plenty of food open up to 4am! Have been staying here a fee times only setback is no pool and parking! View from the room was great too!
