Monarque Hotel Danang

Because my colleagues are Vietnamese, and they were heading back to Vietnam, they invited me to come along to Da Nang. I personally chose this hotel for a 7-day, 6-night stay. My experience during these days was truly excellent: 1. The staff were very friendly. They explained things to me when I didn't understand, so I quickly got to know them. 2. Breakfast (buffet, free, highly recommended), lunch (à la carte, paid), afternoon tea (free, highly recommended), and dinner (I received a complimentary pho voucher, other items were paid). 3. The swimming pool offers a great view of My Khe Beach; the scenery is fantastic, highly recommended. 4. The gym is excellent, especially since I'm into fitness, highly recommended. 5. The surrounding area has amazing amenities, with large supermarkets, pharmacies, various restaurants, and seafood places – everything you could possibly need, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next year.

Extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel. Great location, and the staff are all warm and polite. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is rich and delicious. What's even more rare is that they offer a complimentary and abundant afternoon tea, as well as a late-night snack service. You can really feel that this hotel puts great care into perfecting every single detail.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our entire stay a delight. Every time we came and went, they held the door open. Whenever we called a Grab and headed out to the roadside, a staff member would wait with us, check the license plate, shield us from the sun or rain with an umbrella, and help flag down the car. They took care of all our luggage, and whenever we relaxed in the lobby, they offered us drinks. Even though I'm a smoker and went outside frequently, they always looked after me. I was so touched by the beverage service! They also checked on the room condition regularly to ask if we needed anything, and their hospitality shone through from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was delicious, and we were very satisfied with the housekeeping. Thanks to their heartfelt service, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay. I especially remember the exceptional service I received from a male staff member with glasses during my stay, which made it even more memorable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Da Nang!

This was my first time staying at a hotel where the staff were so warm and welcoming—it felt amazing. Every little detail was well-handled, and they would ask about where we wanted to go each day and offer helpful suggestions. It made the stay feel truly thoughtful and caring.

Great location right on the beachfront, and the room has everything you need. The breakfast is amazing. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend! The service far exceeds that of 5-star hotels in China. The doorman was very proactive in opening the car door and handling luggage. The breakfast was also abundant, and the value for money is excellent. It's definitely worth staying, and the location is fantastic – right by the beach!

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The service was top-notch! You really don't even find this level of service in 5-star hotels. Huge thanks to the staff for their attention and care for their guests. Upon arrival, we were treated to a welcome compliment, in the evenings they served cookies and pleasant goodnight wishes, at lunchtime they offered unlimited pastries, fruits, and tea/coffee, and in the evenings, hot pho bo! It was practically all-inclusive! And everything was so delicious 🤤 Everyone was fantastic! The rooms were also cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything necessary. For any request, they immediately brought what was needed (iron, ironing board, towels). They always opened doors, escorted us to taxis, and helped with luggage. In short, this is the best hotel for a vacation!
