I was quite disappointed that the hotel did not have room services for food and the breakfast items are very limited. Lots of ants centipede lizards and cockroaches coming into room. The bed netting fall off and hit my head.. the resorts have lots of staircase up and down which make it quite inconvenient if u have large luggage. I pity the staff I see 2 young boys cleaning, front staff, carry luggage, serve breakfast and I do pity them. The staff are friendly and helpful but feel it’s not suitable for family with kids.

I first want to commend the staff for their friendliness as well as being proactive when we needed something. Unfortunately that’s were me commending things ends… The pictures were very misleading. We originally drove passed as the reception looks nothing like the images. There is a new building next door that the units now look onto which is an eyesore the main dining area was no exist but instead was replaced by a smaller area . The room had the basic necessities but was in need of a proper clean. Overall I don’t think that it was worth the cost.

I love the ambience of this hotel—it's quiet and beautiful, and there's no hustle and bustle of traffic noise. They've also refurbished the rooms.

All good , with the all environment in the villas , I can walk and find many cafes and restaurant , and not far from the Ubud Center. For sure, I will be back again...

Staff were very friendly and use WhatsApp to communicate. The breakfasts were lovely, (with meals I've never tried before) hand served to your room so no restaurant. They didn't collect my tray and sadly never came to remake the bed. The swimming pool was a bit cool and not sparkling clean but ok. You are in the lovely countryside so expect to be woken up by birds calling and insects around.

My partner and I just got back from a weekend at this resort, and it was fantastic, The atmosphere was super romantic, perfect for couples. Our room had a gorgeous view and a comfy bed. It made our mornings feel special. Plus, the pool was a highlight, we spent hours relaxing together.

Almost all the pictures are rigged or from another location. It is a mess of a dirty, unkempt hotel with staff only of 12-15 year old children. At breakfast, the food was few and spoiled. Don't be fooled by fake websites and reviews. It is the same hotel Puria Sunia. Keep away!
