The Island Lodge

It’s a wonderful stylish yet cozy boutique hotel, the service is very good and the people are very friendly and welcoming and supportive. Food was very delicious. And the view over the river and the pool is so beautiful. So many nice little details. And very quiet. We would choose it for sure again if we will come back to Mekong Delta and can highly recommend it.

This lodge was booked as part of a tour of Vietnam for my husband's 60th birthday, so I was unaware of the details until arriving... and it was a fantastic secret! We were extremely impressed and wished we had longer at this hotel. We were greeted by the owner and extremely friendly staff on arrival which created a pleasant warm environment. After being shown to our very large, clean and well laid out room, overlooking the pool and the river, we walked around the beautifully kept gardens. The place was simply a diamond shinning brightly in the sunlight. There were many places set up to provide a place for two to enjoy both the lodges environment and the Veitnam Mekong Delta. The restaurant staff were second to none and the food was fresh and delicious. They also made a special effect to celebrate my husband's birthday with a delicious cake. Thank you very much for an excellent experience. I only wish we'd known where we were going, as we absolutely would have stayed longer.

This is such a beautiful place! The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The food was quite exquisite and there was a good choice of wine reasonably priced. The infinity pool overlooked the river and we had our meals overlooking both. We had 2 nights here but I wish we’d had more. Would definitely recommend to everyone and we are planning when we can return.

The Island Lodge is a true hidden gem in the Mekong Delta. While its remote location makes it easy to overlook, the journey is absolutely worth it. We stayed in an apartment villa, which was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean, and offered stunning river views – a view you can also enjoy from their fantastic infinity pool. The staff are the heart and soul of this lodge; they are incredibly friendly and make you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive. The food is a delicious blend of French and Vietnamese cuisine, with some creative fusion dishes that were a highlight of our stay. There's no shortage of activities, from chocolate workshops and bike tours to boat trips and floating market visits. Tip: We stayed here for three nights before heading to Phu Quoc, but if I had known how amazing this place was, I would have booked much longer. Take your time!

Fantastic retreat away from the hustle of Saigon. Michel amd his team provide the best of facilities and their attention to detail is exemplary The pool is wonderful. The gym and sauna were also provided, both of which we utilised satisfactory. The tour we experienced was reasonable and we were well looked after. A peaceful retreat. Wonderful Lodge directly at the mekong. We spend 2 nights here bevor we went back home. Because of the low season we were the only guest. But everything was ready and prepared like the hotel would be full. The tables hat candels and plats ready. The pool area was with matlace on every chair so we could choose. The garden is very nice and the view at the mekong is like a live-cinema. The employers are all very nice and helpfull. It was al the time somebody arround. We made a market tour and the 7 bridget tour by bike. Absolutly awesome - we could see a lot and felt some of the real live arround. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and the original vietnames coffee i‘ll miss at home. Perfect to come down after a vacation in vietnam bevor to go home. Cam on!! (Thank you)

Beautiful, peaceful spot after the organised chaos of Saigon. The staff from cleaning to wait staff to reception were first class, and Michel the owner is a charming man. Roo.s were spotless and the pool was lovely. The boat trip on the Meekong was good and if you go about 5pm you could get some nice sunset pics. The food was very good also.

Just in the middle of Mekong Delta there is this gem If you want to relax and be surrounded by nature this is the place Everything between the first step to the last was very appreciated The staff were great The restaurant also was very good Nice experience
