The hotel environment is comfortable, the bedding in the room is very cozy, and the service from both the front desk and security is quite good. There is also a free late-night snack, which is both heartwarming and comforting.

The room was spotless, and the service was outstanding. We decided to extend our stay, and even though our original room type was fully booked, the front desk immediately arranged an upgrade for us. This was especially commendable given how tight room availability was during the Mid-Autumn Festival. We were traveling with a child, and Ms. Song, the lobby manager, thoughtfully arranged a children's breakfast. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Thumbs up! 👍

This was my first time visiting Handan, and I chose the Wyndham Handan Congtai. The hotel is conveniently located near the Meile City shopping mall, within walking distance, and in a bustling area. The room was also good. There's parking available, and a Starbucks right next to the lobby. The hotel is right by the main road; it would be even better if the sign were a bit more prominent, as first-time drivers might miss it. Overall, it was pretty good!

I was very satisfied with the room; the mattress was super comfortable, and there were several pillow options to choose from. The wardrobe was spacious, and they provided plenty of hangers, enough for lots of clothes. The slippers were also very comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the window had a wall section in the middle, and there were no smart devices. What I particularly liked was the comfortable guest flow in the restaurant. I'm not sure if they control the capacity or if it was just a weekday, but there weren't many guests, so the experience was great. The staff wasn't too rushed, allowing them to provide more attentive service. The front desk ladies in the hotel lobby were also very thoughtful. I stayed for two nights, and when housekeeping cleaned on the second day, they left extra bottles of water, even though we wouldn't use them all. It felt very heartwarming. I'd love to stay here again next time.

I booked two rooms separately, and I've already reviewed the first. Overall, this hotel is almost on par with Wyndham Grand, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the cleanliness and environment were great! It's also quite close to Meile City in the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The front desk staff, servers, and security guards at the entrance all had excellent attitudes and proactively helped with our luggage. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to the subway, and Lijing Gate is right next door. Luoyi Ancient City and Yingtianmen are also just one stop away.

This hotel offers great value for money, provided it's not during public holidays. Aside from not having a swimming pool, standards are quite high across the board. However, they could pay a bit more attention to cleanliness details—for instance, there were splash stains on the small acrylic promo stand in the room, and the breakfast buffet setup felt a little unrefined. On the plus side, the front desk staff were warm and polite upon check-in, and housekeeping was very responsive. It's a bit of a walk to the museum and Meile City mall, but overall, it was a fairly satisfying stay.

We booked two rooms, and the staff thoughtfully upgraded one of them so that we could stay on the same floor—such attentive service! The breakfast was quite hearty, featuring local specialties like beef zhaobing (beef and flatbread soup). Room service was also great. The rooms were very quiet, and the bathroom layout was well-designed. Highly recommended!
