Minn Kitahiroshima Station East

It's a new building and very clean. The station is also nearby, and there's a drugstore, so it was easy to buy drinks and other necessities.

Extremely clean and incredibly spacious. I'll definitely come back. It felt very luxurious.

This place is really close to Kitahiroshima Station, and it's also a short walk (about 800 meters) to a large COOP supermarket, which was great for groceries and breakfast for the next day. With two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a living room, and a flexible extra bed that converts into a sofa bed, it was perfect for our family of five. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped – definitely a great value-for-money option! We arrived late from Chitose Airport, took the JR to Kitahiroshima for a night, and the room rate was much cheaper than staying at Minn in New Chitose. The next day, it was super convenient to take the JR into Sapporo, as it was right on the way! Highly recommended 😊

My hotel experience this time was terrible, a solid 10/10 for bad service. I pre-paid for a parking spot, but there wasn't a single one available. When I contacted them via video call to explain, they hung up on me as soon as they realized there was no spot for me, offering no assistance whatsoever. I tried contacting them three times by video call, and each time they hung up, telling me to find security myself. I had to solve the parking issue on my own! Finally, I emailed them, but they replied saying I needed to pay the hotel again before they could refund the original amount to my payment credit card! However, since my payment credit card has been canceled, I couldn't accept their payment terms. They insisted that was the only way and then stopped replying to my emails. A big thank you to Trip.com for contacting them on my behalf, as that's the only way I got a response! Please consider whether you want to use this hotel. They offer no support for emergencies; you're on your own!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, though there weren't many dishes. There's a washer/dryer and an iron. Parking needs to be reserved in advance. There's a 7-Eleven and a drug store diagonally across the street, and it's not far from a large supermarket and the baseball stadium.

The space is large, and you can buy ingredients to cook yourself. The kitchen is very clean, and the bathtub has smart water filling with temperature settings and constant temperature control, which is amazing. Plus, there are paid parking spots downstairs, which is very convenient!

The facilities are new and the layout of the room is very well-designed. The overall environment is very clean, but there was a strange odor, which is a shame and quite important. The location is right next to JR Kitahiroshima, very close, and there are many supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby.
