Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos -Adults Only - All-Inclusive

I gave my trip 3 stars for a few reasons. To start, when we arrived, we were in a rush to make it to our sailboat excursion and needed our luggage as quickly as possible. We were assured that our bags had already been delivered to the room, but on the way there, I noticed they were still sitting in the lobby. Had we not seen and grabbed them ourselves, we would have been late to our excursion. Additionally, the room was extremely cold upon arrival — around 65°F. I adjusted the AC before leaving, hoping the temperature would normalize by the time we returned, but the room was just as cold, if not colder. I ended up having to contact my butler to resolve the issue. I also reached out to the butler to request Gatorade be sent to our room because we were feeling motion sick after the boat excursion. It cost $8 USD, but when we returned to the room, it was not there because it had been delivered to the wrong room. Lastly, the hair straightener provided in the room was not fully charged and did not have enough battery to finish straightening my hair I feel that attention to detail is what truly defines a luxury resort, and unfortunately, that level of care felt lacking during my stay. But I will say, food was great, the spa was fantastic (shout out to Rocio for giving me a fantastic holistic massage), and the report was very beautiful. But I am not sure if I will be back for the reasons mentioned before

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Le Blanc resort in Cabo. The staff was wonderful, the food is excellent, the rooms are clean and big. Our Butler was incredible! We will be going back next year.

Beautiful resort with clear views of the ocean. Food in all restaurants is superb and the staff does a wonderful job making guests feel special.

Everything in the resort is incredible, except the food. The food was very average. For the price they charge for the rooms, I think they could elevate the flavors and make the menu feel less generic. Their spa is on another level — definitely make sure to go early in the morning, otherwise it gets very busy.

Such a lovely experience all around. Clean, well kept, lovely staff, plenty of amenities. Butler service was an incredible addition. Though you cannot swim in the ocean, its great to walk along.

Our stay at this Cabo resort was a bit of a mixed bag. While the property itself is beautiful, it didn't quite live up to its five-star rating or the high price tag this trip. The highlights were definitely the physical grounds and the spa, which was exceptionally nice and well-maintained. We also appreciated the service recovery; the staff did a great job making things right after a frustrating misunderstanding regarding our check-in and credits. However, the "all-inclusive" experience fell short in two major areas: Food & Drink: The food was just okay and lacked the authentic Mexican flavor you'd expect. To make matters worse, the drinks felt very watered down. The Credit Trap: Be careful with the resort credits promoted by ******* and the hotel. They are highly restrictive and can only be used for a few specific things. For instance, you can only apply half of them to spa services—a detail that wasn't disclosed until we were already there. Overall, it was a decent stay, but it didn't feel worth the premium cost.

Beautiful resort and a wonderful stay as always. Great food, beautiful weather, and friendly staff. Our butler was amazing (Daniel). It was a lovely stay.
