Not very satisfied. The overall hygiene is poor. Although someone cleaned up the ants that day, there were still many ants on the walls. The mattress was dirty and mouldy.

I like the responsiveness of the unit management in handling enquiries. Especially fond of the cleanliness and completeness of utensils/basic amenities in the house. The only challenging part is the turning of car through the ramp up to level 5 car park.

The location is super convenient, right opposite the Mall of Medini, and only a 10-minute drive to Legoland. They even have arcade games, so the kids were happily playing there every night.

This is worst experience for mine whole life. Worst homestay management and trip customer service ever in this world. First bathroom water flow issue, second air condition not cold at all, third building under unfinished and not ready to stay. Management asking me waiting until 11pm for his technical team for repair Aircond. In the end we rebooking and pay extra for other property *for this current booking management refuse to refund/cancel/exchange. We booking hotel is for rest not coming see you repair Aircond show.
