Chatrium Grand Bangkok

I stayed here last year when I came to Bangkok too. This time, I originally wanted to try a different hotel for a new experience, but after comparing, I still chose this one. The environment and service are both good. Seeing some familiar staff members made me feel a bit nostalgic. The service, as always, was impeccable. When I left the hotel, I realized at the airport that I had left something behind. I contacted the hotel to ask them to send it to my hotel in Chiang Mai. As soon as I arrived at my Chiang Mai hotel, they informed me that the Bangkok hotel had already contacted them and told them about it. The service is still top-notch! The photos were taken at the Ferris wheel hotel, and there's another one nearby.

Great location with a convenient shuttle service. The hotel is very clean and the service is excellent! I bought a lot of groceries from the supermarket, and the shuttle driver delivered them directly to my room, which was super helpful. However, it wasn't clearly stated that there's a 1000฿ daily charge for an 8-year-old child.

Excellent! The hotel offered welcome treats like chocolates and coconut candies, which the kids absolutely loved. The service was top-notch, and the hygiene was impeccable (the bathroom was huge!). They even provided golf cart transfers to the nearby Paragon. The pool was massive and perfect for families with children. Breakfast was extensive, and you could even order Thai Tea. Overall, a perfect 100 out of 100 – highly recommended!

Booked a family room, and overall the hotel facilities are quite comprehensive. The room was cleaned promptly. The kids absolutely loved the pool; it's a beautiful setting, and they wanted to play there every day until they were tired before heading back to sleep. The breakfast spread was quite varied, and since we stayed for five days, there were slight adjustments to the offerings, and the taste was good. The staff, especially the front desk team, were very professional and friendly. Finally, regarding the location, it leads to two different areas. One side offers a shuttle service directly to the entrance of Paragon, which is super convenient! The other side, if you walk out, is under construction, so the environment isn't as nice. However, it's very close to Big C and Central World. Recommended! I'd definitely stay here again next time!

Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. The service was excellent, the room was spacious, the facilities were great, and the pool view was beautiful. My friends who stayed with me were all very satisfied! 👍
