Vince Hotel Pratunam

The hotel is new, but unfortunately there were several issues during my stay. Firstly, the bathroom drainage was clogged, making it uncomfortable to take a shower. Water would accumulate on the floor, which can be quite dangerous, especially for elderly guests as it creates a slipping hazard. Secondly, the check-in process was unnecessarily difficult. Even after presenting my passport and booking details, the staff refused to proceed with check-in without seeing the booking confirmation email from Trip.com. We had just arrived in Thailand and did not have a stable internet connection to access our email. A screenshot of the booking number should have been sufficient for verification. This caused unnecessary inconvenience after a long journey. I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The hotel's location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service provided throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful especially the receitpionist. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around. A special mention to the buggy service – the drivers were prompt, courteous, and made travelling around the property easy and comfortable. The breakfast has variety of choices, local and western. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

First night checked in there was a spider already and they did not bother changing my rooms. Just got someone to come catch it like it was nothing. Bedsheets had blood stain as well after housekeeping was done. Breakfast and supper was horrible. I mean for this price point, just don't expect anything much. 😂 The room was nothing like the picture shown, extremely small and didn't have a table for guests to eat.

Hotel is clean and nice. Location is a bit far from the main road but buggy service is 24 hours. First day of check in was shocked when I found something not clear in the bin but I'm totally fine with it.

Clean, friendly, accommodating, staff service are great. Nice location. With free service to nearest area of market.

Overall it was okay except poor network. Wifi keeps auto log out during the night. Although TV selection was good.

Good locations and services provided with all the friendly staff. Buggy provided to few drop off/pick up points. Free traditional costume activities and welcome drink at the poolside.
