The best hotel I have ever been, the bed is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the breakfast is amazing, everything so good and fresh, the Spa is to die for, i had a massage aswell and it was very good, they also give free products in the fridge for you which is a bonus, very clean, the position is amazing not far from town center, I wish I could go back now. Big should out to ever employees, always with a smile, always nice, nothing is too much of a problem, thank you for making this experience for me so effortless

入住驚喜，酒店幫忙升級成套房，帶一個頂層小院子，還有按摩浴缸，小朋友喜歡得不得了，實在是太棒了。而且服務超級棒，無論是前台、早餐廳、roof bar的服務員還是酒店的服務員，都超級熱心，主動幫我解決問題。
酒店地段很好，離哪裡都很近。不過需要特別提醒，訂酒店接機千萬不要選攜程的包車——酒店在ZTL（Zona a Traffico Limitato，交通限制區），非出租車或所在區域的居民是無法駕駛進入的，很多時候需要走路十分鐘進入。但出租車或uber就沒有任何問題，可以開到酒店門口。
（想想司機幫我拖着四個箱子走10分鐘就有點瘋掉——幸好司機人好。但這不怪酒店，他們在官網上是有説明的，也有對應的建議。我認為主要是攜程負責歐洲單團定製的不專業造成的，她們負責按照一大一小4個行李來安排包車、行程，並將具體的酒店訊息反饋給她們，卻不提醒我如果酒店在ZTL區域會有怎樣的影響！）

酒店位置一流，去每一個酒店和購物點都方便，住在這裏我幾乎逛遍了羅馬，非常安全沒有遇到任何小偷。酒店方面早餐豐盛，最初訂的基礎雙人房，入住馬桶不乾淨，浴室地面漏水，和攜程溝通第一時間聯繫了酒店前台，前台大眼睛帥哥服務態度非常好，第一時間給我入室檢查維修，並於第二日為我升級更換了更好的套房，雖然套房床頭有新床的味道，但不影響體驗，新換的房間衞生做的非常好，特別是酒店前台工作人員重視客户體驗還送了我每日免費咖啡券。這和去年在英國的五星級酒店體驗形成鮮明對比，英國很傲慢且不重視中國客户，意大利人非常勤奮努力也重視客户體驗。為了這我也會再次光臨這家酒店。
