This time, I came to Shangrao with friends and stayed at the Wanda Realm Shangrao. The overall experience was genuinely excellent. The front desk was very efficient with check-in, so there was no long wait, and they offered complimentary welcome tea in the lobby. It was really heartwarming to have hot water as soon as we arrived. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade too, which gave us more space and made our stay even more comfortable. Inside the room, you can scan a QR code to select and purchase items, so there's no need to call the front desk; you can order directly online, which is very convenient. The mooncake display in a corner of the lobby was eye-catching and looked high-quality, so I picked up two boxes when checking out. The housekeeping auntie cleaned very thoroughly; the room was spotless and fresh, with every corner well-maintained. When we needed amenities replenished, we contacted housekeeping, and the items were delivered to the room very quickly. The response time was impressive. The hotel's location is also great, right next to Wanda Plaza, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic, with excellent attention to detail in their service – it didn't feel like a rigid, assembly-line process. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Shangrao; I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The carpet and floor felt dust-free underfoot, and spots prone to dust like the bedside tables and desks were meticulously cleaned. Even corners and windowsills, often neglected, were spotless. The sheets and duvet covers were smooth and taut, clearly freshly changed that day. They even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows, which is a thoughtful touch for people with neck issues. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, the counter was wiped dry with no water stains, and high-contact areas like the showerhead and toilet were exceptionally clean. Throughout my two-night stay, I didn't find a single missed spot. Next, the service. I left for business in the morning on my second day, and by lunchtime, the room was already tidied. The duvet was neatly made, used towels were replaced with fresh ones, and items on the counter were neatly arranged. Even my charging cable, which I had just left on the table, was subtly organized without any sign of my private belongings being rummaged through. Bottled water, tea bags, and coffee were replenished as needed, and toiletries were returned to their original places. This kind of cleaning, where every detail is taken seriously, truly shows dedication. Service response was also quick. I called to request two extra bottles of water at night, and they were delivered to my room in less than 5 minutes by a polite and courteous staff member. When I asked the front desk for food recommendations nearby, the staff member rattled off several options, complete with opening hours and approximate prices – much more reliable than online guides. For me, the most important aspects of a hotel stay are hygiene and service, and this place excelled at both. The price is also reasonable compared to similar hotels, offering good value for money. I specifically booked this hotel based on online reviews. It's incredibly convenient as there's a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance for trips to Mount Sanqing. When I returned in the afternoon, feeling exhausted, I noticed the tea area in the lobby. They had a wide variety of teas, plus delicious local specialties like dried eggplant and preserved mustard greens cakes. My room even had a bathtub, and the front desk thoughtfully provided a disposable tub liner. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, five-star rating!

The water was clean and crystal clear, with a constant temperature, and after a swim, all my fatigue dissipated. The overall hardware is well-maintained, and the service isn't just a rigid, procedural affair. For business travelers, it's perfect for both rest and light exercise. My stay was excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I'm in Shangrao for business.

From the room, you could see a park; I asked the front desk staff and they told me it was Luyu Park, which is quite close to the hotel, so you can visit it during the day. There's a shuttle bus stop right at the hotel entrance, making it easy to get to nearby scenic spots. I booked a Deluxe King Room, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered a very expansive view. The bedding was comfortable, the air conditioning cooled well, the lighting created a soft ambiance, and the desk was large enough to conveniently handle some work. The service also deserves a special mention; the front desk staff were efficient and friendly during check-in. Room service was prompt, with quick responses after a call. Overall, it's a very reliable accommodation option in Shangrao, suitable for both business trips and tourism. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This was a stopover during a self-driving trip. There was plenty of parking, and the room was clean and hygienic. Wanda Plaza is right next to the hotel, making it convenient for dining in the evening. The breakfast selection and taste were also decent.
