Yangshuo Yuyuan Resort （Shili Gallery &Yulong River）

Choosing this hotel and staying for two consecutive nights was the smartest decision of my trip. Definitely pick Building 1 or 6, as the views from the windows are absolutely stunning. The butler gave me the room with the second-best view in the hotel – the best one had guests extending their stay. The view from the huge floor-to-ceiling windows was truly spectacular! The room itself was also super spacious, with everything you could need! There was a wardrobe, hangers, a fridge, and a super long desk behind the bed, perfect for snacks, selfies, or even setting up a DJI drone. The bathroom was also incredibly large; you can imagine how big it was when I tell you I could open both my suitcases in there! It made getting clothes in and out super convenient. I took a video of the room when checking in, but didn't import it to my phone, so I don't have any photos. I also recommend checking out other buildings; there are many photo spots that are perfect for Instagram! I took tons of pictures, and even rainy weather didn't stop me from getting great shots. The complimentary hotel photography session didn't quite match my desired 'fishermen singing at dusk' vibe, so I booked the shoot wearing my own clothes. I got 3 retouched photos without paying anything, and the staff were still very pleasant! The only thing is, when I looked closely at home, one of the photos wasn't high-resolution, and when I messaged them about it, they didn't reply. The cormorant fishing performance was amazing – the cormorants dive underwater to catch fish, and they're incredibly skilled! They caught fish very quickly after entering the water! It's that ancient method, and while it looks a bit cruel, the fish they catch are ultimately fed to them. After the performance, you can queue up for a free photo opportunity! The butler service was also excellent! Highly recommended!

My stay here was excellent. The hotel's overall environment was clean and tidy, and the room was very comfortable with quite comprehensive facilities. The front desk staff had a great service attitude; check-in and check-out were both very convenient, and they were patient in helping resolve any issues I encountered. The hotel's location is also quite convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat nearby. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay. If I come back to this area in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend!

This family-friendly hotel in Yangshuo is a lifesaver! Right outside, you can see the Yulong River bamboo rafts. On the lawn, kids can play soccer, go down slides, feed small animals, and splash in the pool. The daily buffet breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, with plenty of options that even picky eaters will love.

This was my first time visiting Yangshuo, Guangxi, and I had been incredibly excited about the trip beforehand. This guesthouse certainly didn't disappoint! The front desk staff were all very warm and professional. After getting my room card and stepping inside, it was an instant 'wow'! Waking up to such beautiful scenery every day is truly one of life's greatest pleasures. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel boasts a huge lawn, perfect for kids to run around. There are many activities children love, such as sand play, slides, soccer, frisbee, archery, and a swimming pool, plus a cute pet park. The kids didn't want to leave! We stayed for two days and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Yangshuo.

The hotel's pool, children's play area, and deer are great. The staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is plentiful. Overall, we're very satisfied and happily stayed for 5 days. We drove ourselves, which made getting around quite convenient.
