The hotel is situated on a hill, but buses 23 and 40 conveniently stop at Kennedy Heights, which is relatively close to the hotel. However, you must ascend approximately five minutes of stairs to reach their destination. The hotel staff is amiable and may offer a room upgrade if availability permits. We were fortunate to secure one. The hotel features a complimentary pool. Adjacent to the hotel is a supermarket named Fusion. The room is spacious and equipped with a large shower. Two remarkable parks are conveniently located adjacent to the hotel: Hong Kong Park and Botanical Gardens. I highly recommend visiting both parks for birdwatching, reptile observation, and nature walks. The mall, Pacific Place, is approximately a 25-minute walk away. The Peak Tram’s terminal is also in close proximity. The hotel is situated in an upscale neighborhood, offering picturesque surroundings.

the hotel service is excellent ; in particular the front desk as certain staff will remember your name and greet you personally with your name. They understand my needs and try their best to accommodate. The gym and pool is excellent and the restaurant at Ground level(though not belong to hotel) offer very good food.

The hotel is abit outdated and the amenities are not great. I thought the location was not that convenient. Some of the staff were nice.
