Me n my husband stayed for 4days and 3 nights here as im attending a course in USM. Breakfast at 6.30am is convenient for us as we have ample travel time afterwards. Staff were helpfullas well. The room was big, we have space to pray together. It was my first time seeingquran tafsir provided in the hotel room, very convenient 👍🏼. Keep up the good work.

Overall, the hotel facilities are comfortable. Even though it's an old hotel, the rooms have been recently renovated. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, but the taste is just average, nothing particularly delicious. Before coming, I requested a room with a good view but didn't get lucky; I ended up with a view facing another room. It's okay though, since I came for work, so it's not a big deal.

Excellent service. As soon as we arrived at the lobby, the staff immediately opened and closed the car door for us. I've never encountered such service at any other hotel. Keep it up! The room even had a bathtub and a shower cubicle. Sarongs (kain pelikat) and prayer mats were provided for prayers. The room view was also beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Bharu. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious.

Arrived at 4 PM, the front desk wasn't very welcoming, and we had to wait a while for the room. Only after asking a second time did we get it. We specifically booked a newly renovated room; the cleanliness was decent, although there were occasional small ants in the bathroom, but it wasn't a major issue. We had to call for a hairdryer, but it was delivered quickly. Across from the hotel are two coffee shops and an E-Mart, plus a large shopping mall nearby with a huge supermarket inside. Breakfast was alright, but it was quite crowded.

The family rooms are all connecting rooms, so you can hear children crying and people talking loudly next door. It's not great value for money, but there aren't many other options in Kota Bharu city center.
