The Crawford Hotel

The Crawford is a beautiful boutique Hotel located in the heart of downtown Denver. The staff was very friendly. The amenities are above and beyond and the welcome you receive is friendly and superb.

From the entry to The Crawford from the Denver Union Station lobby to the room itself, everything had a special touch! On check-in, the young man who checked us in was friendly and professional. He even offered us a glass of wine, from several choices. The elevator is activated by the room key, so we felt extremely safe. There is a balcony from the hotel overlooking the station lobby, which we were so lucky to see while it’s decorated for the holidays! Our room was… cavernous, with what had to be a 16 or more foot ceiling, soft glowing under the bed lights, and beautiful antique styled furniture. Barely could hear the commuter train’s whistle, it’s very faint even though we were on the first floor overlooking the tracks. Never heard the Amtrak train arrive at all!

Clean upgraded well appointed room. Very stylish and well laid out, comfy bed and pillows allowed for good rest. EXCEPT: a half point deduction of I could fit train noise, but this is to be expected for the location. The noise is only a problem for very light sleepers not used to city centers, a second night the brain would have assimilated the noise. Location is excellent with an incredibly beautifully renovated and gentrified historic train station. Tons of eating and drinking establishments to chose from right in the station.

The room was clean and staff were very nice and professional. The location was perfect. Central to everything and transportation was at the doorstep. Lots of little perks added to the experience.

Cooper Lounge is upscale and very nice. Terminal bar is great just to grab a beer and people watch.

Everything was what we expected..very nice room & the staff let us check in early...2:30PM!

Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. The room was lovely and so clean. I feel special when I stay here.

I apologize for not knowing the employees name at the front desk when we checked in. She was very friendly and also very helpful in taking care of our needs. The Crawford is beautiful!

Excellent location for exploring Denver. Higher priced hotel earns its rate charged with higher quality rooms and excellent staff. Free rides within 2 miles were an excellent surprise. We both loved the room for its size and feel. Old school meets today's standards which were exceeded here. Great experience if you want something a bit more than the norm.
