We have booked this hotel as my partner was diving at Deepspot next day. From the start everything went wrong. On check in we have discovered that they are having big weeding - nobody bothered to inform us earlier about it so we could stay in different hotel. They tried to give us room on the ground floor which we have refused. Receptionist offered room on the second floor with air condition that didn’t work. They have sent maintenance but it only blow warm air. We had no choice but stay in hot room, with wedding downstairs and running kids and people around. They are greedy, they don’t care and nobody can’t be bothered. Awful experience

Very heavy cheap perfume odour every where at the hotel, not for allergics!! Waitresses at restaurant were more interested in i-pads than customers.

We loved our time at Artis Loft! It was in a convenient location and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast provided each morning, and having the option to eat at the restaurant on site was convenient for us. We will be back!

It was perfekt time to my family. Staff was very helpful. Food was delicious. Restaurant chief was very nice and professional. We have been there 3 times and will be back again, I'm sure. The children were delighted with the playground. I recommend this place.
