Kimpton AERTSON HOTEL by IHG

Staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean. Linen could be better. The comforter and sheets had several old stains on them. The lighting in the room is too dark. It would help having an option to brighten or dim the lights in the main room. Room needs a mirror on the wall. Great location with good places to eat or drink within walking distance.

I was able to stay Arlington Aertson over the weekend. I must say the astetics of the place was really nice. Art,furniture, ext. From check-in the staff was nice and attentive. The only problems I faced was being put in a suite on the second floor. There was a lot of noise coming from the street and the guest next door had a dog that was left at night and it barked all night.

First room the thermostat was broke, had to move rooms. Restaurant on site was average at best, valet was understaffed. Had to wait 40 minutes for my car. TV in room, channels didnt come through, delayed speach etc..

The room was very noisy, could hear traffic and neighbors above and beside us. Room was not cleaned well, they didn’t replace dirty cups, didn’t see garbage under bed or in shower. Free coffee and water not filled.

STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE ROOMS TUB AS THAT WAS SOLEY WHY I BOOKED THE SUITE. THE WATER PRESSURE TO FILL THE TUB WAS VERY VERY SLOW AND CAUSE THE TUB TO BECOME COLD BEFORE EVEN BEING A QUATER OF THE WAY FILLED. MY WHOLE INTENTION OF THE WEEKEND WAS TO CALM RELAX AND LUXURY. THE ROOM FLOOR WAS REALLY DUSTY I HAD DROPPED MY PHONE IN COUCH WHERE I NEEDED TO MOVE THE COUCH A LITTLE BIT TO GRAB IT WHEN I GRABBED IT MY HAND ALSO DRAGGED OUT A BUNCH OF DIRT , A PILL AND A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF HAIR

The room was very good and I loved the bathroom with the big shower. Very nicely done.

Helpful efficient staff, modern clean well equipped room. Good location for exploring the city
