Waimanalo Beach Cottages

My family and I are just back from a truly wonderful vacation! We stayed in cottages 11 and 9, …beautiful ocean views, spacious comfortable rooms, and so relaxing. I grew up in Kailua and wanted the East Oahu vibes and the proximity to three of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Kailua, Lanikai, and Waimanalo. I give this location 5 stars! If you want to experience Old Hawaii and are not into resorts, this is the place to go! Kailua is close by and has lots of restaurants and shopping, and just a short walk down the street from the cottages is Kalapawai Market, great food, and we even enjoyed live entertainment one evening. We had the most wonderful stay at the Waimanalo cottage. Carolyn is a great host, who is responsive throughout the booking and check in process. The cottage is cozy and clean, and well equipped. Waimanalo beach is the most beautiful beach in Oahu (in our humble opinion), and it is very quiet and tranquil. Touristy beaches like Kailua and Lanikai beach are only 15mins away.

This is our second time staying at the Waimanalo cottage, we absolutely love it! And we will be back again.

Loved my cottage, beach access, accommodating owners! Would totally recommend! That beach is so beautiful! Nice small town plus fun central spot to explore from. Hope to return soon!

if the hustle and bustle of Waikiki Beach is not for yo… the cottages are peaceful quiet with a beautiful unpopulated beach. We stayed in cottage 4.

We stayed in cottage 1. I give this little piece of paradise a five star rating because it was absolutely perfect. The room was so well done! It was our 15 year anniversary trip and my husband got with the host and she made sure that I had a beautiful Hawaiian themed flower setting. She truly went above and beyond. I will be back next year with my family. It was absolutely everything we could’ve imagined. Tommy is absolutely awesome !

This place was absolutely amazing. Ask for room 11 on the corner with drop dead views of the ocean. Our family of four stayed here during spring break. It was quiet perfect. They had beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. There is a popular Hawaiian market chain walking distance from the cottages. I would definitely stay here again, and have already recommend it to friends.

Quite and comfortable cottage with everything you need just steps from an amazing beach! Plus the owners are very nice and quick to address any issue that may come up. A great place to relax!

We had a wonderful quiet stay at the Cottage 11. This was a great view of the beach and ocean. The cottage is located in a residential area but local cafe and restaurant within walking distance. The location was 1/2 hour drive for many interesting trails and general sightseeing. An issue of concern was resolved immediately to our satisfaction, the remaining stay was wonderful and relaxing.
