Palazzo Boutique Hotel

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Appreciated check out time at 12pm. However, the shower had a window with curtain that did not fully cover, and one of the showers did not have a door so water spilled everywhere. For the price, would still stay here again.

Great location but the pool views aren’t as they appear online. Really close to the beach and everything else which we loved but the rooms and hotel in general are just quite outdated. If you get it at a good price it would be worth it tho in my opinion.

The hotel claims to serve halal food; however, it seems there may be a lack of understanding of halal requirements, as my breakfast was served together with pork. This was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the service was excellent and the hotel itself is well-maintained. Its location is very convenient, being close to the beach and nearby shops, and it is easy to get a Grab. The room size is relatively compact—just enough space for the twin beds, with limited extra room, though still sufficient for me to perform my prayers. Overall, despite the issue with the food, I had a pleasant stay.

hotel location is actually quite good and the staff is very friendly but pls don’t go massage at the beside shop. Their attitude is bad and keep requesting for tips.

First time booking this hotel to stay three nights . Came from Hong Kong with family and booked a family room with one king bed and two single beds . Location was very good, friendly staffs , prices were good that includes free breakfast. The second day food was very nice and delicious. We will surely come back again

They’re are thieves, They stole my money for 3 nights and refused to refund me although i explained my situation to them and said that my flight to Vietnam was cancelled. They refused to cancel my booking and refund me. Very unprofessional

Shower leaked water all over the floor.. toilet seat unstable and way off center of the toilet itself… location was ok but a bit noisy at night but that was expected. Biggest issue was the cleanliness… and of course the bathroom floor being saturated after each shower and having to find extra towels to absorb the water.

The hotel is located perfectly for anyone wanting to access beach, but also plenty of options for eating, without being on a busy road. The buffet breakfast was okay with limited options which we only really tried on one of the mornings we stayed, as we had kids we decided to eat at one of the local spots for breakfast for better options (and good Vietnamese iced coffee). The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms relatively clean, so overall an enjoyable stay.
