hotel location is actually quite good and the staff is very friendly but pls don’t go massage at the beside shop. Their attitude is bad and keep requesting for tips.

First time booking this hotel to stay three nights . Came from Hong Kong with family and booked a family room with one king bed and two single beds . Location was very good, friendly staffs , prices were good that includes free breakfast. The second day food was very nice and delicious. We will surely come back again

The hotel's design is a beautiful blend of modern elegance and traditional Vietnamese charm, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. My room was immaculate, featuring a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the city. The amenities were top-notch, including a lovely rooftop pool that offered breathtaking sunsets. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread with fresh local ingredients that energized my day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal, close to the beach and popular attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. Overall, my stay at Danang Palazzo Boutique Hotel was delightful, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Da Nang!

The window was maybe 30cm wide and it was broken, the kettle is unsafe to use, I asked to change it and they brought me back the same kettle. There were cockroaches in my room , so 8wnas scared to sleep, they were running bear the bed, so I could sleep all night. Went at night to ask to ask and chamge the room, but there was nobody at the night shift, I thw morning I changed the room and the kettle there was same unsafe to use. The pool is just a pond, okay for babies, not for adults, umbrellas are all teared off, so there is not much shade. But stuff is very polite and friendly. Also breakfasts are quite nice compared to all the rest. You won't be hungry and there is always a good portion of protein. I won't chose this place again to stay and I had no choice when I arrived, all the good hotels in that block were booked. Next time I will plan my visit in advance

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for four nights and were sad to leave. Da nang is such a cool place. Lots of gorgeous, affordable restaurants, 5 min walk to sea, street food not too far away and clean rooms and a great rooftop pool that cools you off after a day out. Staff are SO lovely and breakfast is good - different pho/menu each day! Photos from end of stay, so excuse the messy bedsheets haha.

Great location, very close to the beach. However, the room was quite worn out and in need of renovation. There was an unpleasant smell. The sink was leaking, the bathroom floor was always wet, and the shower drain was clogged, so the water didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

The service was great. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location was very good. It takes only 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach. The room was quite clean. The rooftop swimming pool was small but nice, with a fantastic view of the beach. Also, the breakfast was quite good, with a variety of different kinds of food, including congee, fried noodles, pho and fried eggs. We enjoyed our stay there.
