The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This hotel is great. The building is new and beautifully designed. The room was better than expected – clean, modern facilities, and a decent view outside the window, overlooking both the historic district and the bustling city center. Two major highlights: first, the excellent location. It's right in the heart of Chinatown, making dining, transportation, and exploring the charming streets and alleys incredibly convenient, yet the hotel itself offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, with a clean and fresh surrounding environment. Second, the urban-chic rooftop pool offers stunning skyline views, providing special scenery whether it's day or night.

The hotel's location is great; it's not far from two metro stations, close to Maxwell Food Centre, and also near the Chinatown area, offering countless dining options, including breakfast bars and restaurants.

The hotel's location is great, but there's a hill to climb to get there, which can be a bit challenging when walking with kids. It's a 6-10 minute walk to Maxwell MRT station and the hawker center. There aren't many Chinese people around. The breakfast selection at the restaurant is quite limited and repetitive, making it less suitable for Chinese children and elderly guests. Young adults might be able to manage, but after three days, there's really nothing left to eat. They don't provide children's slippers or toothbrushes. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids, but it's a good option for couples.

The rooftop view is beautiful, and the pool is great. The breakfast with salmon was a nice touch. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway, making it super convenient for getting around, especially to Chinatown. The staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic.

The location is fantastic, and the subway access is convenient. This is the same hotel we stayed at last year. I just wish there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk; it would make communication so much easier! The infinity pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. While the breakfast selection isn't as extensive as what you'd find in China, it's very clean and tastes quite good!
