Great location, very clean and staff very professional

Great location. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Staff was extra friendly, but highly recommend and would say again.

Pet friendly nice hotel by the bay side of Dewey Beach. The hotel was very conveniently located. Restaurants on property and walking distance. The staff was amazing and handle my issue swiftly. We stayed in one of the newer 3 bedroom condominiums, which I highly recommend upgrading to. The main rooms were great as well. I would definitely recommend.

The room and breakfast were great! The staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Good weekend stay in mid-March. Our room was close to the garage entrance and the Rudder (restaurant/ bar next door.) We could hear people coming and going and while it was fine in the off-season, I would expect it could be loud in the summer (unless you are out having a good time with all the other summer people). It was thoughtful that earplugs were supplied - first time I've seen that!

Disappointing! Not worth the money. They charge for breakfast. Room was not clean, there was dust everywhere and it was noisy all night. Rooms also need major updating! Very underwhelming for the price they charge.

TOTAL PARTY HOTEL!!! Both nights I stayed, the lobby on the first floor, at 1:00am was full of drunks that wouldn’t go to their rooms!!! The staff wasn’t assertive enough to control the crowd!!!! Never again

The staff were great. Very pleasant and helpful. Our room was ready early and it was issue getting checked in and set up. Parking was good as well. Thanks to Lindsay and Bella at the front desk.

I happened to be on the floor with all the barking dogs which was annoying at 6am.
