Windsor Leme Hotel

The hotel is right on the beach, and the rooftop pool offers views of Christ the Redeemer! The omelets at the hotel breakfast were delicious!

The soundproofing in the bathroom was poor; I could clearly hear the shower from the next room. However, the location is excellent.

Excellent hotel right on Copacabana beachfront. The staff are attentive, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a good selection of pillows. The linens are wonderful, and the shower cabin is convenient with excellent water pressure – almost like a Vichy shower. Breakfasts are very varied and include lightly salted Chilean salmon, Parma ham, and Parmesan cheese. The only thing that was disappointing was the room's proximity to a utility room where the ventilation was constantly running. Alternatively, it might have been the bathroom ventilation, which worked non-stop, and its noise was very annoying when trying to fall asleep. Also, the football fans in the street cafe, who watched matches on TV and enthusiastically celebrated their team's successes, sometimes until midnight or even later.

This hotel is truly just a stone's throw from Copacabana Beach. You can even borrow towels for the beach, which is a huge plus if you plan on spending time there. The room was clean and spacious enough, and the rooftop gym was very easy to use. The rooftop also doubles as a bar, offering amazing views.
