Excellent modern hotel in a convenient location. The cleanliness and housekeeping in the rooms were top-notch (5/5), and the breakfasts were great.

They treat Chinese people terribly! Black-faced and pretend not to understand English. Even when using a translation app with Thai, they still feigned not understanding! Meanwhile, the front desk staff serving Europeans next to them were all smiles, practically showing all their gums! At first, I thought I was overthinking it, but later that night, I saw two other Chinese girls also being given the cold shoulder. If you despise Chinese people, then don't take our money; you can simply refuse Chinese guests! Who wants to pay to see your scowling faces! The room environment was extremely bad; not only did they give me two rooms at the very end of the hall, but they were also incredibly dirty and messy! The blankets were damp and the room was super humid! I've stayed at several hotels on this trip, and this one was by far the worst, frankly disgusting! I do not recommend Chinese people stay here! Absolutely do not stay at this hotel!

The hotel has a Chinese-speaking front desk, and their service was excellent! The kids were comfortable, and overall it was a good experience. The facilities are quite new and there's a pool, which is great for children. It was clean and tidy. The environment is also nice, you can walk to the beach from the hotel's back entrance.

Honestly, I was influenced by Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) reviews, but I found it to be just okay. The facilities are nothing special. The hotel is quite small, and it gave me the impression that they discriminate against Chinese people. The convenience of the surrounding area is also just average.

Had a great time! 😊 The room didn't come with a toothbrush or toothpaste 🪥, but everything else was really good 👍. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious too! 👍 The location is super convenient, right across from the night market, which is also a great spot for late-night snacks!

This hotel, though not very large and with small rooms, boasts an excellent location with convenient shopping and amenities nearby. My kids absolutely loved it! It offers fantastic value for money, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. I genuinely recommend it!

Our discovery this summer has been the OZO hotel. We absolutely loved it! It's new, modern, and just what we like. The staff are wonderful, responsive, and always ready to help. We were checked in immediately upon arrival around 12:00 PM. I had ordered an extra option for my daughter. They set up a tent in the room, projected a starry sky, and gave her an OZO plush toy and ice cream as a gift. My daughter was thrilled! The room isn't huge, but we settled in perfectly and comfortably. The breakfasts were super, with something for every taste, even oatmeal. Special thanks for the kids' area. We barely saw our daughter; she was constantly on the slides and quickly made friends. We'd happily come back again!

The location is super convenient! It's lively right across the street, and there's a small gate that makes it a quick walk to Kata Beach. The hygiene is good, the atmosphere is great, and the service is very warm and welcoming. They even have staff who speak Chinese! ❤️ The breakfast selection is a bit limited though 😂
