OZO Phuket

A normal hotel, good for a few days. We booked a room without a balcony, which was very inconvenient.

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and has a lovely fragrant smell. Since we had a child with us, they even set up an extra small bed next to the king bed, which was very thoughtful. The hotel pool isn't very big, but there are plenty of shaded areas to sit, and it has two slides (one large, one small) which are perfect for kids under 6. The hotel's location is super convenient. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and if you turn right, the Kata Night Market is just 10 meters away. There are also many massage parlors nearby. Plus, the back exit leads straight to Kata Beach in just 3-5 minutes. Finally, I have to praise the service. AON at the front desk helped us get a room away from the street and even arranged a complimentary late check-out until 3 PM. Another male staff member with blonde hair spoke excellent Chinese, so we could always go to them for help. If I come to Phuket again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

If you're traveling with kids, just book the OZO Phuket Karon Beach without hesitation! I did a lot of research and compared multiple platforms before choosing this hotel, and the actual experience was an absolute delight. Besides the slightly small rooms, everything else was fantastic: they have age-divided water parks for kids, with slides for both toddlers and older children. The breakfast selection is extensive, and there's a recreation room on the first floor with billiards and slides. A 7-Eleven is right outside the main entrance, and Karon Beach is just a 5-minute walk from the back entrance.

The hotel was very clean, the environment was nice, and it was quiet at night. The staff's service attitude was also excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Phi Phi Island!

I came across this hotel on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). Besides the small room size, everything else was incredibly convenient. The hotels I booked afterward were more expensive, but my child only remembers this one the most. Across the street, there's a 7-Eleven, a night market, and massage parlors. Kata Beach is right behind the hotel. For this price, it's really a great deal.

The location is excellent, with airport buses and songthaews stopping right outside, saving a lot on transportation costs. My room was on the sixth floor facing the street, and it was very noisy due to road construction outside. At night, there was loud music from what sounded like a club, and passing motorbikes added to the noise. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this room type. The air conditioning was faulty and often didn't cool. Only one out of the four power outlets in the room worked, which made charging devices a hassle. You could also clearly hear the sound of the toilet flushing. While the location is great, the room facilities are quite poor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, completely dispelling any notions of discrimination I had read online. I found their attitude to be excellent.

Very good! The room wasn't as small as I thought; it was perfectly spacious for a family of four.

Highly recommended! Exceeded expectations. Definitely book a suite; it perfectly solves the problem of small room size and street noise. Everything else is a plus. The staff are all very friendly. Getting around is super convenient; massages, dining, and shopping are all easily accessible. The pool and water slides are more than enough. We even made our own pizza, which was very satisfying. The beach is a 2-minute walk out the back door. We would definitely go back!

The pool was wonderfully warm, and the kids' pool had a water tennis area, water climbing, a large slide, and a billiard table. I tried the water climbing with some foreign friends, and we couldn't make it to the top, haha, but it was a lot of fun. My child played billiards with some foreign kids, and they even taught each other Chinese and English, which was great. The hotel has a back exit that leads directly to the north side of Kata Beach, perfect for floating with the waves – super refreshing!
