Convenient location, with a subway station nearby making it super easy to get to Siam/Silom. There's a delicious wonton noodle stall right outside the hotel, and a morning market nearby for food and drinks. However, the hygiene needs improvement. The towels were frayed and had black stains all over them. The soundproofing is really poor; I could hear hair dryers and luggage being dragged around.

A very pleasant place. Friendly staff and an excellent location. It's very close to BTS Saint Louis station, about a 20-minute walk to Lumpini Park, and there's also a 24-hour self-service laundromat nearby. The room wasn't big, but it was cozy. Great view from the window, especially at night.

The room is compact but got everything we need. Walked a couple steps and you will reach the Saint Louis BTS station. Staffs are very nice and attentive. The mattresses are super soft. The surrounding area has a couple of good restaurants, 7-11s and self laundry facilities.

I used to come to asai when I visited bkk. Location great cleanliness great. Food and service used to be great……. It was à la carte menu for breakfast before and they changed to buffet. The restaurant is much smaller as it’s only at the entrance. The food n selections are ok but not great. I also just feel some staffs are not as friendly as before. When I ask for extra pillows or water. They kind of reluctance or ask did they clean yr rooms today for the water?? 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ But the room is clean and house keeping are great. Also for the price is definitely worth staying. Small but comfortable and great location.

The breakfast selection was excellent and very varied. The front desk staff all spoke English, which made communication easy. The room was great, and everyone was very polite. Getting around was convenient too, with taxis readily available and a subway station right outside. I hope to visit Pattaya again sometime!

Our room was likely a corner unit that didn't get any sun, and the windows were sealed shut. From the moment we checked in, there was a persistent musty smell, like wet clothes, which lasted for all three days until we left. So, I'd advise others to try and request a room facing the main street to get some sunlight, it might be better. The location is convenient to the BTS, and it's a 15-minute walk to the bar street. However, there aren't many massage places nearby, which was a downside. For food, we had dinner and tried the recommended grilled pork neck, which was excellent! But the price wasn't cheap either.
