The hotel's location is very convenient. The facilities are new and exceptionally clean. They offer pillows of varying firmness, which is a nice touch. The bathroom provides disposable bathtub liners and bath salts, which is very thoughtful. The all-in-one washer and dryer added great convenience to our trip. We chose a room with a view of the Canton Tower. Waking up to that view every day was beautiful. The hotel is equipped with stainless steel pots and everyday kitchenware. We didn't use them during our short stay, but if we were staying longer, this setup would perfectly suit our lifestyle, and the kitchen products are of high quality. It's clear the hotel pays great attention to detail. Whenever we had an issue, the room manager responded very promptly. I will prioritize this hotel again for my next trip.

I chose to stay at the Ascott Guangzhou Pazhou serviced apartment for my business trip. The location was perfect, not far from the exhibition center, making my commute easy and stress-free. The apartment was spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas, allowing me to work and relax without interruption. It also came with a kitchen and washing machine, which was very convenient for both short and long stays. The entire apartment was clean and tidy, with a light luxury and elegant decor. The 24-hour front desk was very responsive, and Susan, in particular, provided professional and attentive service. The facilities, including the high-altitude heated swimming pool and fitness center, were comprehensive, perfect for unwinding after a busy work day. The overall environment was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. This is my top choice for business trips to Pazhou. I've saved it and will definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the price is quite reasonable, offering great value for money. Canton Tower is practically on its doorstep. The room was clean and quiet, and they even upgraded me to an executive suite. There's also a bar street nearby along the river, which is convenient for dining and enjoying the views.

As a loyal Ascott member for over a decade, I've stayed at various Ascott properties worldwide. Ascott Pazhou, in my opinion, offers the best value for money and is my top choice for a staycation in Guangzhou. Compared to other hotels in Zhujiang New Town, it's more suitable for families with children. It boasts stunning CBD views and has a wonderfully located outdoor swimming pool. Every time we visit, Sam at the front desk provides professional and excellent service, making our whole family feel right at home.

The stay was fantastic; the room was huge and spacious. The pool was amazing, especially the outdoor small pool with a view of the Canton Tower! The staff provided excellent service too. Overall, a super satisfying trip and stay!
