Ascott Pazhou Guangzhou

The kitchen and living room are super spacious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable – I slept through the night without any back pain, it offered great support. The bathroom is huge, and the bathtub even came with a disposable tub liner and bath salts.

Had a great experience at Ascott Pazhou. Lena provided excellent service, and the location is very convenient for the Canton Fair. The apartment-style room was spacious and well-equipped with appliances, and the internet was stable. The service was efficient, and the environment was quiet, making it perfect for business trips. It was a comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it to business travelers.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It's just a short walk to the Pearl River, and from my window, I could see the Canton Tower and the high-rises of Zhujiang New Town. It was also incredibly convenient to get to the Canton Tower pier for the Pearl River night cruise – just a short walk! After enjoying the night view, it was quick to get back to the hotel. The surrounding area is pleasant for a stroll, and both transportation and parking are convenient. The hotel is right by the beautiful Pearl River, with the Canton Tower practically on its doorstep! Guangzhou Hao Village is just across the river, offering a distant view of the Tianhe Zhujiang New Town CBD! You can also easily head to the Canton Tower pier for a Pearl River night cruise.

I have to commend Sam's service – he was so kind and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. His responses were always prompt, and he was genuinely sincere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the warm, attentive service made me feel incredibly relaxed and happy throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place; it was fantastic!

Coming to Pazhou for a trip, choosing Ascott this time was a real find! The service was truly impeccable. Max at the front desk was professional and enthusiastic, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room had a kitchen and a washer-dryer, plus the staff cleaned meticulously every day, making a long stay completely stress-free. In the evening, a swim in the 24th-floor pool, enjoying the night view and a gentle breeze, washed away all the day's fatigue. The hotel is new and the location is super convenient. It has a full range of facilities including a pool, sauna, and gym, and you can even see the Canton Tower from here. The rooms come with a kitchen and washing machine, which is great for families. However, the bedding wasn't clean and I got bitten by bugs.
