Great hotel on ocean front direct beach access , close enough to Melbourne airport for quick taxi transfer . A little corporate in style but cool pool and terrace seating . Dawn and sunrise from room or few steps in fresh air

This is a beautiful property with impeccable service with immediate beach access and a large and clean pool. You will also love the town and points of interest. I would definitely go back!

While the room and overall property were clean, and the front desk staff was consistently friendly and professional, we were very disappointed with the breakfast offered at the hotel. At $24 per person, the quality and selection did not meet expectations and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel breakfasts we have experienced. Based on our experience, we would not recommend it to others. The breakfast experience left us concerned about the quality of the food service overall, to the point that we chose not to order room service during our stay. We hope management will review the breakfast offerings and make improvements, as the hotel itself and its staff were otherwise pleasant and welcoming.

Staff was great. Amenities good. The carpet in the room was pretty disgusting but that's not anyone's fault really. Hopefully that gets a revamp soon. The only other disappointment was the fan humming outside the balcony. I paid for a balcony view and on the fourth floor you can barely hear the waves cause of it. Hotel was good for the price.

The room did not have a microwave oven. We really needed one. Be prepared to pay $18 per day for parking.

The ocean front view from the 8th floor was wonderful. The king bed was very comfortable and the front desk folks were very friendly and accommodating. The shower was strange, as it was designed for someone sitting. It had a hand held nozzle and no way to raise it to a normal standing height. The pool area and outdoor bar was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves. The outside of the structure needs some upkeep/cleaning as it looks pretty old.

Beautiful property. The staff was extra attentive. The hotel is nearby lots of restaurants and places to shop.
