H AVENUE SONGJEONG

The location is unbeatable, right by Songjeong Beach! It's perfect for surfers visiting Songjeong Beach, and it's quiet since it's a bit away from the city center (though I heard from a surf shop owner that July and August get really crowded). The ocean view from the window is incredibly beautiful! The room is simple and clean, and the front desk lady was very friendly. Be aware that cleaning services only start on the third day, but you can request it earlier at the front desk if needed. The value for money is excellent! (Don't eat at the barbecue stall to the right of the hotel – the seafood isn't fresh and it's very expensive, a total rip-off!)

I paid for this out of my own pocket, and since my satisfaction was just as high on my second visit, I'm writing a review!! During my previous trip to Busan, I stayed here for one night out of a 3-day, 2-night trip, and spent the next day at another place, which had a shockingly bad room condition that couldn't possibly compare to this hotel ㅠㅠ So for this trip, I didn't even hesitate and booked both nights here without a second thought. First of all, the owner is so friendly, the beach is right on our doorstep, there's a private parking lot, and nothing is lacking, which made booking consecutive nights a no-brainer!! And the most important thing—the room condition!! It goes without saying that it's spotless, the space is separated so it's great for families, and the beds are super wide. If you're traveling with family, this is a must-visit hotel without needing to think twice~ There are plenty of restaurants and nice cafes just a short walk away. This was my second visit, and if I come back to Busan again next time, this is definitely the hotel I'll return to.

The staff are friendly and very responsive to any issues. The room is small, but it has everything you need—clean and comfortable. The sea is close by; it's a bit far from the city center, but you either stay by the sea or in the center, and there's a bus stop nearby. We loved everything about it.

I really love Songjeong Beach – it's quiet and not crowded. All day long, you see elementary school kids running, people walking their dogs, and even people singing on the beach. This guesthouse is my favorite in Busan. The ladies at the front desk are all so gentle and polite. Plus, the hotel is right above Songjeong Station for the Haeundae Beach Train, which makes getting around super convenient. The room was very comfortable, and I slept soundly even traveling alone. I'll definitely choose this place again if I come back to Busan. Thank you.

The hotel facilities are new and very clean, and it's very close to the sea. The staff are also very welcoming. Overall, it was a great hotel.

The cleanliness and facilities were very neat. It was also nice to be able to keep the air conditioning on and go out during the hot summer using just two keys.
