Wonderful hotel on Lake Minnetonka. Beautiful design, friendly staff. Ground floot bar/restaurant and sitting/firepit area are fantastic. Best ADA/Accessible room and bathroom that we have ever found. They even have a ramp to the beach in front.

Great location on the lake with excellent views. The staff is amazing, very friendly and they make you feel welcome. I eat at the restaurant and recommend the pizza. I will definitely stay again.

Finally a hotel on Minnetonka! Congratulations to the owner and her designers for an impeccable job! Everything is so beautiful, small details are really impressive. The staff is friendly. The food is great. The view is one of the best in the Twin Cities. I plan to invite a group of friends to spend a week here together.

Really great hotel, right on the water which is so nice. Only a few things I would change- - coffee machines in the room that work - microwave in the room or at least one available for use - ice machine available for guests without having to go to ask the receptionist

Charming, expensive disappointment Room size was smaller than expected. Cramped. Nice view of lake. Good toiletries and towels. The balcony outside did not provide any privacy from next room. Could see in. And if they were out on their deck we had to keep our curtains closed. Negates great view. Rendered it useless. Coffee maker didn’t work. No microwave in room. Trouble with toilet flush handle. Lamp not working. Place this new everything should work. No grab bar in shower. Absolute hostility to any suggestion of looking for an area to smoke. No ice machine, but ice bucket provided. I think you could go to the basement bar for some ice.

Great location and clean. Friendly staff. Lakefront! Room and bathroom were spacious. On site restaurant has delicious food. Enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. Fridge in room actually got things cold. Wish beach and lake were more user friendly, but overall would recommend and would stay here again.

We live in the next town and wanted to check out the new hotel before we recommended it to visiting family and friends. Three couples rode by boat on Lake Minnetonka and parked at the hotels dock for the night. (Very nice boat dock guys) We checked into a corner king suite. The room was large and lovely. We had a big bath with separate toilet. Our bedroom was decorated in white, tan and light wood. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of the room was our view of the lake from our large balcony that comfortably held all six of us at happy hour. One couple had a regular suite with lake balcony. This room was a bit smaller without a separate toilet but otherwise identical. The last couple had a room overlooking the parking lot. This room was a match of ours at nearly half the cost. So, if you just want a place to lay your head or it is winter, this room could save you money. We ate dinner and breakfast the next morning at the restaurant which was very good. The chef gets in early and the donuts are baked fresh each day. The beach is raked and nice for kids to play. The outdoor deck area has seating and a view. We have stayed at the Landings in Wayzata which is about the only other Lake Minnetonka lodging option and while it is very cute and the town of Wayzata is wonderful, we preferred this hotel room and its proximity to the water. We are thrilled to have another option on the Lake! I recommend the hotel! It would be a fun spot for gatherings!
