The views are amazing. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and helpful. There's a Lawson convenience store right below the hotel, which is great for any last-minute essentials. The hotel's shuttle service is excellent and very convenient for quick transfers in and out.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the room size – it was much larger than we anticipated. It was clean and tidy, and there were so many delightful surprises and little gadgets that the kids absolutely loved. There were three single beds, including two bunk beds, so sleeping six people wouldn't be an issue at all. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; just across the road is DisneySea. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money.

The service attitude was terrible. The hotel is full of hidden charges. Even the swimming pool costs several thousand yen per person. It's a rip-off everywhere you look, and the location is inconvenient for getting around.

The room was really whimsical and fun. We stayed in an accessible room, which had many thoughtful design touches. The floor plan was quite spacious. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no kettle in the room, so we had to get hot water from the water station outside the room.

Booked a sea view room, and the view was decent. It took about 40 minutes to get here by taxi from Narita. The room facilities were quite basic, though the size was rather spacious for Japan. However, they didn't even provide bottled water in the room; I had to go outside to get water myself.

No need to elaborate on the quality of Hilton hotels; it's close to Disneyland, making it convenient for a rest. Member check-ins are faster, and from the sea view, you can see Tokyo Bay and the bay area.
