Calmingstay is diamond of hotel in Yangyang. The place is minimal yet sophisticated and each room has a beautiful view of the ocean. I highly recommend this place.

It was such a clean and comfortable place to stay!! The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was tidy, and everything—water pressure, amenities, everything—was great! Surf Beach is within walking distance, and Ingu Beach is not far away by taxi, so it was quiet yet great for having fun.

하조대 해변 바로 앞에 있어서 이동하기에 좋았어요 시설도 깨끗하고 너무 좋았는데 저희가 갔을때 호텔 앞 도로 수리때문에 아침 잠을 잘 자지 못했어요 그리고 음식점이 근처에 별로 없어서 전통시장쪽으로 나가야 해요 그 외에는 모두 좋았어요

Super stay!!! Whatever you expect, you will find more. I found the entire stay very "calming." Attention to detail was amazing, from the little pots and cups to the shower and bathtub. The host and hostess were super welcoming. We liked this area far more than the Yangleedan gil (양리단길). We will definitely return.

We really enjoyed the stay that was truly a calming one. It was exactly as per the pictures, clean and with a great view from our room! Staff were also friendly and kind, despite a slight language barrier as we did not speak much korean. There are cafes and eateries in walking distance too. Highly recommend this place to those who are looking for a respite from busy city life and need a refreshing rest.
