Highly recommended to stay with this hotel. I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Sindee at the front desk! When we arrived Sindee come over to approach us with our check in and told us that we have upgraded to Deluxe Room, pool view, 1 King Bed, Balcony to sea view. She even gave us a detailed tour of the entire hotel, including our room. We also received Thai Tea and the banana candy as a welcoming stay. Me and my daughter were traveling together and we both adored her; she was so gentle and enthusiastic! When I am trying to book ATV via Klook which I have difficulty to figure out the meeting point she is so helpful to help me contact and speak in Thai with the driver and check for me the correct place for the driver to reach the ATV meeting point. Appreciate her thoughtfulness and helpfulness. I could feel excellent service mind from every one of them working in the Avista Grande. Surprise birthday celebration with some decorations and cake for my daughter and the cake is nice both me and my daughter love it. On my gal actual birthday another decoration and birthday cake surprise us again. So thoughtful of them. All the rooms are clean and spacious. They provide a lovely beach bag while I have no ideal what kind of bag to bring to the beach and island tour. This lovely beach bag allow me to carry it to beach and island tour really make my day. They provide flip-flops as well. The pool is great for swimming and it is near Karon Beach. The beach is just across the road.

It's a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a vacation. The hotel service is superb; Ms. Sindee was professional and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home. Staffs provided the best service. I could feel excellent service mind from every one of them working in the Avista Grande. They upgraded my room for the birthday celebration with some decorations and cake. Hotel is not very new and big, but overall service was absolutely better than other hotel and we enjoyed the stay. + I really liked their soft and fluffy amenity slippers :)

I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Sindee at the front desk! I had a problem with my booking, and she was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving it for me. It was such a relief to be able to communicate in Chinese – truly amazing! 👏 During my stay, I ordered the floating breakfast. Sindee was worried I might not be used to Western food, so she specifically asked about my preferences and arranged for Thai Tom Yum Goong noodles to be added, which were absolutely delicious! On the day I left, she also helped me communicate with the taxi driver. All my compliments go to her! Separately, the hotel itself isn't very large but it's super trendy. The air conditioning was freezing cold and couldn't be adjusted – I felt like I was going to freeze to death! The hotel is also a bit of a walk from the 7-Eleven, but there's a fantastic ice cream shop on the way that's definitely worth checking out. 😋
