The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa

Wonderful stay - we enjoyed the lap pool better, less people.

We came for a wedding and wanted a place to stay that was higher class and it was.

Went for new years. Nothing for teens to do.

I never saw a mountain view. The staff were friendly. My biggest concern, however, was the fire safety map on back of our door. It was inaccurate. The halls are a maze, and the exits are few and far between. It was hard to find stairs as an alternative. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

I was initially charged for a full prepaid room. Due to horrible circumstances, I requested a refund...even a partial refund. I was the one responsible for the booking. Initially, I was denied such a refund, but just receive a personal/kind reply from the Westin, and they are providing a full refund. It was very much appreciated.

Beautiful Hotel! Nice staff, good food and located in a nice part of town. Highly recommend.

I thought the “suite” I paid for was a bit old and rundown. Carpet was terrible. It had a guest toilet but all that accomplished for me was it took away from the master bathroom. Which was a tiny little puny master bathroom with no tub. For the cost I feel I paid top dollar for mediocrity. My stay felt stale compared to my last stay 3 years ago.
