Riverview Inn & Suites

Excellent, the room was nice and clean. The service was good

i had a balcony room that had an amazing water view. they have grills, gazebo, basketball court, playground, volleyball net.. plus so much more all in the back of the hotel that is also overlooking the water! they have a heated pool which is a plus! we barely heard any commotion, it was pretty quiet with how many guests we saw coming and going. great price and great location that is surrounded by stores and restaurants! will be staying again

I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience

We stayed one night in a "suite" in the "executive wing" while passing through the area. Overall it looks like most hotels of this time period/style. Some renovations have been done. Room and building were clean enough. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. Jetted tub in room was great. Unfortunately didn't have time to use the pool but it looked very nice. Great value for the price. Would definitely return. Location is excellent for visiting Battleship Cove and other attractions.

Room was absolutely filthy. Staff was not accommodating nor attentive to the issues. Had us move rooms and the second room was still filthy. Bathtubs had a trail of dirt and hair from the drain all the way to the end of the tub, the curtains had big stains of I don’t even know what on it, and pillows were yellow… absolutely disgusting. So happy I got my money back

we had the heat on 86 and it was barely 65, the curtains were filthy, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and need to be updated. the room had a very stale smell upon arrival....not sure if it was mold or previous occupant smoked. will not return,

The view was beautiful . Staff very friendly and the restaurant across the parking lot was fantastic

Fine stay Sray was just fine… no bells or whistles. We were in town 1 night basic clean fine. I usually prefer a little more upscale hotel but this was fine for 12 hours.

Room had cob webs . Freezer built up ice. No regular cable. Pool was cloudy. They couldn’t find out already paid for reservation. We had to pay again. Bed is hard as rocks, No Updated charging ports. Very old school. No breakfast included.
