The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

Perched atop the ICC building, The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong holds the title of the city's highest hotel, offering an 'above the clouds' ambiance that's truly captivating. The panoramic Victoria Harbour views are simply breathtaking and endlessly fascinating. My entire stay was exceptional. The service was consistently attentive, thoughtful, and highly efficient. Many of the hotel's amenities truly shone: the Executive Lounge was outstanding, offering a wide array of food and beverages throughout the day in a serene and comfortable setting. The hotel's spa experience was superb, providing excellent relaxation and soothing effects. And OZONE, the rooftop bar on the 118th floor, boasts stunning 'cloud-level' night views, with both the cocktails and the atmosphere being top-notch. They also provided a complimentary car service, which was a huge bonus. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's location isn't the most convenient for walking to the Tsim Sha Tsui shopping district, but the free private car service more than compensates for this. Overall, its strengths far outweigh this small flaw, and my overall stay experience was truly outstanding.

Fantastic hotel! The view from the 111th floor was amazing, and the swimming pool was beautiful and very photogenic. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's proximity to a shopping mall was super convenient. All the staff were friendly, and special thanks to Barry Au and Kay Zhang for their excellent service.

I chose this hotel for its excellent location, perfect for visiting the M+ museum and the Palace Museum. It's conveniently connected to the Kowloon Airport Express, the MTR, and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail. The decor and signature scent are standard Ritz-Carlton, and I didn't find the facilities outdated; they're very well-maintained. The service, from reception to the guest rooms, was superb. Even though it was a black rainstorm and I couldn't see much of the sea view, I extended my stay by two days because it was so comfortable. Thankfully, the weather cleared up on my last day!

Excellent as always! The lobby service was great, and the room service staff were also very good. I'll definitely come back for another relaxing vacation.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to the airport directly. There are many shops and restaurants in the mall downstairs.

The hotel manager provided excellent service. I left my shoes behind, and the staff informed me and even sent them to me, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was clean and tidy, and the view from the 113th floor was incredible. I had a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to the two duty managers for this visit :)

Not bad! You can experience the romance of being above the clouds. The mall is right downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere, and I was surprised to find the high-speed rail station also downstairs. Don't miss the bar at night.
