Heritage le Telfair Golf and Wellness Resort

The rooms are quite spacious and clean, housed in individual, low-density buildings. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was superb. They also offer many free water activities.

I was on a business trip to Mauritius and booked two rooms for three consecutive days. The facilities even surpassed many five-star hotels in Dubai. I played golf at both the old and new courses – it was fantastic! It was the most beautiful course I've ever played; I had so much fun! Here's a brief introduction to the course for golfers: ① Mauritius's No. 1: La Réserve Golf Links (Heritage Golf Club) ② Location: Bel Ombre, southwest of the island, part of Heritage Resorts ③ Designers: Louis Oosthuizen (British Open Champion) + Peter Matkovich ④ Awards: 2025 World Golf Awards "Best Course in the Indian Ocean"; Ranked 28th globally and 1st in Africa by Golfweek 2026 ⑤ Differences from domestic courses: A. Golf carts can drive directly onto the fairway, but many foreigners bring their own bags. B. There are no caddies on any course; the golf carts have a small electronic screen for automatic stroke counting. C. The driving ranges directly face the Indian Ocean; your driver feels like you can hit the sea directly. D. Every hole offers a sea view; the back nine runs along the Indian Ocean coastline, and most greens face the ocean.

We stayed for three nights and four days for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time at this luxury resort. We enjoyed the shuttle bus tour, and the pool was perfect. However, there were many moments when it felt like a European vacation home. We were the only Asians there, and we felt discriminated against by some of the staff. We went into the ice cream shop first, and the staff greeted a white couple behind us but were rude to us. It was unpleasant.

Excellent hotel! The service is top-notch! Clean, cozy, and the staff is friendly. We've stayed at three hotels on the island, and this one is the best! The breakfasts are excellent. I recommend it.

The hotel is excellent, a large area with a golf course, there are several cafes and restaurants of different formats on the territory

The colonial-style building is nice, the room facilities are a bit old but overall it is very clean.
