The service was good, but I have to admit the room was terrible. I spent 6,800 to book a hotel. I was seriously disappointed with the room. The toilet door could not close properly. The shower area is less than one square meter. I wonder where the good reviews are? The room is too small and old. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

The little brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic in service, helping to answer any questions and always smiling, and will carefully tell us all the precautions and intimate suggestions. And this hotel is very friendly to small animals! Every server is super polite. Love it here! It is very close to the Colosseum, it only takes nine minutes to walk, and it is very convenient to go everywhere! The room was cleaned very clean!

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was OK; the rooms desperately need updating. Rusted windows, cheap rollup blinds that have seen better days and cheap plastic shower doors that barely hold up. website pictures have definitely been enhanced. Location is convenient but on the back alley of a nice area.

The top top location within 20-25 min walk to every important places and attractions. It is right in the district I where you still can find local authentic restaurants and trattorias! If you do not expect too much from an old 3 star hotel and use it only to sleep at - then you will feel the real Rome vibes around!!

The Staff was absolutely excellent. Best staff at any hotel I ever stayed at. The location is also excellent. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are small with a very small shower.
