Very nice and cozy hotel. The room is clean, and housekeeping is daily. The location of the hotel is ideal.

The hotel has a convenient location. We had a city view, and it was nice and quiet with no noise. Housekeeping was daily, and the breakfasts offered a great variety to suit all tastes. We stayed on the 24th floor and didn't experience any major issues with the elevators. The Wi-Fi is a bit weak, though, so it might not be suitable if you need it for work.

It's hard to describe how pleasantly surprised I was with the room! Both the master bedroom and living room face the beach directly, and you can see the beach from the guest bedroom as well. Our balcony is huge—you could easily throw a party out there. The decor is still quite new, and nothing was broken. The staff are professional and efficient, and the housekeeping team does a thorough job every day. The breakfast lives up to the hotel's standards and is quite good; I especially recommend the pho, which is better than some internet-famous restaurants.

The location is superb, right in the city center with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and also directly on the beach.

Great location, right in front of Sailing Beach Club, which was convenient to visit. Breakfast also had a surprisingly good variety and was delicious.

Everything was top-notch, from the facilities and service to the friendliness, location, and breakfast. Highly recommended for families too. This was our second visit in two years, and the hotel is still just as great. We couldn't use the spa this time, so I'd love to try it on our next visit.

I stayed for 3 nights during the September Silver Week. It might be at the edge of Nha Trang's city center. The room has a balcony overlooking the beach. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach. Waking up to a sea view is truly uplifting. It has a king bed and a balcony. The room is spacious. There's a sink and an induction hob for a kitchen, but it said to contact them if you want to use the induction hob. For a large hotel, the check-in process was quite disorganized. The elevators are separated into low-floor and high-floor. It's written by the elevators on the 1st floor, but I didn't pay attention and only realized it the next day. Many people seem confused about this. Perhaps the low-floor/high-floor separation was an afterthought, as both elevators are available on my floor, and it's not indicated which is which, making it hard to tell. It is written on the 1st floor though. I thought they could have mentioned it during check-in. The window's heat insulation seems weak, so the air conditioning isn't very effective on sunny days. For some reason, the refrigerator's cooling power is also weak. The room was cleaned properly, and two bottles of water were replenished daily. The power outlets are universal, but Japanese plugs were difficult to insert. There's a party happening on the beach every day. It usually ends between 1 and 2 AM, but until then, the heavy bass can be felt even with the windows closed. During check-out, I was told to wait 10 minutes for a room check, but after about 20 minutes, I had to go ask, and only then was I told everything was fine. There's a pool and a gym on the 6th floor. There was also a dedicated area for the hotel on the beach directly in front. I didn't use the breakfast, but it cost 280k₫. A commercial complex called VINCOM is annexed to the hotel. There's a supermarket on the 2nd floor, so shopping is convenient. There are also many restaurants. Money exchange is also available on the 1st floor there. Despite several issues, the location is wonderful, which alone makes it worth staying.

A splendid hotel with excellent breakfasts, a superb location, and polite, courteous staff. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, the plumbing works perfectly, and the mattresses are comfortable with clean towels and linens. The only minor downsides are the limited number of sun loungers on the beach and the noise from the beach clubs, but these are small details.

An incredibly beautiful, clean, and pleasant hotel. The staff are helpful and lovely, assisting with luggage, holding elevators, and opening doors. The breakfasts at the restaurant on the 5th floor are excellent. The only minor drawback was the very limited number of umbrellas and the inability to secure a sun lounger, as the hotel's policy doesn't restrict guest time, so we often had to lie on the sand in the sun. The room was cleaned daily, and consumables and towels were replaced.
