Jinjiang Metropolo Fanjingshan Rd. Jiangkou Tongren Hotel

This is one of the larger hotels in Jiangkou, with an excellent and easy-to-find location right by the bridge. It's a peaceful spot despite being centrally located. The rooms are spacious and bright, and everything is clean. Facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is lovely, offering views of the Jinjiang River. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with small requests. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

I came to Fanjing Mountain and checked out Ctrip; this hotel is basically the biggest in the county. The front desk ladies who checked us in were very nice and patient. They saw we had a child and even helped us upgrade our room type. We were originally only staying for one night, but we happily extended our stay for another day. It's definitely worth coming back!

The front desk gave us two complimentary breakfasts, which should have earned a good review. However, after returning on the second day, I have to give a bad one. In the morning, before heading out, I specifically put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Yet, the hotel staff entered the room without any notification and even tidied it up. Did they not see the 'Do Not Disturb' sign?! On top of that, there are other issues I need to mention. The carpets in the common areas of the guest rooms are stained everywhere. Given the hotel's excellent location and the high number of guests, can't you pay more attention to maintenance?! The air conditioning in the room was incredibly noisy. Even on the lowest fan setting, it was still very loud, forcing me to set the temperature higher to reduce its operating time. This was my first time in Guizhou, and I truly love it here – beautiful scenery and warm people. But this stay left a very bad impression. I will definitely return to Fanjing Mountain, but I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was truly awful. The soundproofing was terrible, the air conditioning was incredibly noisy, and the night light kept flickering on and off by itself. The bed was the worst; the mattress creaked and groaned with every movement, making it impossible to even turn over without a racket, which severely impacted my sleep. I barely slept all night and woke up exhausted 🥱. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Facilities: Fully equipped, ready for immediate occupancy, which is great. Hygiene: The hygiene is clean, tidy, beautiful, generous, and appropriate.
