Kempinski Hotel Taiyuan

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get around from. Overall, it was a great experience—highly recommended!

Excellent! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff was always on hand whenever needed. The robot room service was a great touch! Located right in the city center near shopping malls, it’s super convenient for families traveling with kids. Highly recommended to everyone!

True to its five-star rating, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The front desk service, in particular, left a strong impression. They greeted me with warm smiles, were incredibly helpful, and handled both check-in and check-out with impressive efficiency. Their responses were always timely and thoughtful. Thumbs up!

The hotel lobby's temperature and scent were both very comfortable. The concierge proactively offered to help with our luggage and took it to our room. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and they even upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean and spacious, offering great value for money. It was a pleasant stay overall. Thanks to all the staff.

The service at Kempinski Hotel Taiyuan is excellent. All the staff are very enthusiastic, polite, and use courteous language, providing thoughtful service! I stayed at the hotel for two consecutive nights and was very satisfied!

Great hotel, very quiet. The pillows were just right, not too high or too low. I also appreciated that the drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary – a really thoughtful touch. The hotel overall, and especially the pool, were fantastic.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The hygiene and environment are great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious choices. The beer bar downstairs has a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel service is excellent, living up to its reputation as a long-standing five-star hotel, with prompt room service. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Taiyuan.
