Grey Fox Inn

Nice clean room, very close to downtown area, walking path accessible from the lawn area behind our building, we enjoyed our stay here.

The place was so nice and the room was very cute. My only complaint was that I went wo go for a swim before we hit the road at 9 and both pool areas were closed till 9. It would be nice if even the indoor pool was opened by 8 for those early risers.

It was okay for inexpensive night in Stowe. Mattress was beat and lumpy, coffee in room only was blah- very tiny and small room air conditioner loud

Second time staying. Had the same room both years. Simple parking. Safe, quiet area. Rooms are modern & cozy. Kitchen stocked with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, sink with sponge & dish soap as well as pots/pans, utensils, strainer, etc. very close to downtown. Restaurants everywhere!

Room was clean with lots of natural light, parking was easy, desk staff were warm and welcoming.

Room exceeded expectations. Microwave door didn't function but staff was receptive and quick to remedy situation. Looking forward to our next visit to Stowe VT and another stay at the GreyFox Inn 😎 Thank you.

Extremely pleasant, clean and perfect location to walk to town or bike anywhere! Bike path is right near the field behind the hotel :).!

We checked in late and Staff was very accommodating for our late travel. They upgraded us to a bigger room without asking. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. As we did not use any of the amenities we did take a walk around. Everything in my opinion was pristine. Would definitely stay here again. Also liked the fact they are central to resturants and shops.

There is always room for improvement. A few things that need improvement that were disappointing during our stay was, Upon entering the building the temperature was hotter than the outside. No air. The cardio equipment (all) treadmill, elliptical and also the leg press were all out of order. I asked when they were expected to be repaired and I was told, “don’t know” The hot tub was also down. Room air conditioning would frequently shut down in the middle of the night. Never anyone present at the front desk.? For the price per night, you would think it would be better maintained. We were disappointed in the Grey Fox.
