Furama Resort Danang

This was my fifth trip to Da Nang, regardless of the dry or rainy season. I've always stayed in hotels in the city center or along My Khe Beach. This year, since I was traveling with my mother, I booked Furama Resort. In conclusion, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but I'm a bit hesitant about a return visit. Here's my review of our 3-night, 4-day stay at Furama Resort. - We were upgraded from a Lagoon Superior to an Ocean Studio Suite. - The room was so lovely that we spent some time taking pictures and enjoying it, but then we started to notice a smell (a damp smell from an old building). - As night fell, the high humidity and musty smell made it difficult to sleep. - Early the next morning, I requested a room change, and it was ready for us within two hours. - During this process, a staff member named 'DIEU' handled everything to resolve our issues (she was very apologetic and made sure to check on our room condition and travel plans until we went home ㅠㅠ). - After the change request, she kept us updated on all progress in Korean via KakaoTalk, which was very convenient (I also easily booked a dinner buffet through KakaoTalk later). - The new room was much more pleasant, and a dehumidifier was provided. **If you're visiting Furama during the rainy season, I highly recommend requesting a dehumidifier from the resort. It played a significant role for two nights!** - After that, we started to enjoy our stay without any further issues. - All other staff members were also very friendly. - Both the lagoon and main pools are good, but the main pool has no shade, so it felt like a heated pool during the day (my mother actually liked it). - Breakfast was so-so / The dinner buffet was not worth the price. Since the rooms generally don't get much sunlight, it can be humid during the rainy season. Aside from the room issue on the first day, everything else was great, which was a relief. Especially thanks to DIEU's quick response, we were able to have an enjoyable trip without any unpleasantness. This concludes my review of Furama Resort.

Had the best holiday ever! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Da Nang. It was only for one night, but it's the kind of hotel that makes you want to stay another day.

On the last day of my trip to Vietnam, I stayed at the Furama Resort. I had dinner at the hotel's steakhouse, where I also enjoyed a dance performance. In the morning, I got to see peacocks up close during breakfast. The pool was spacious, and the poolside beds were free of charge.

Even though the facilities seem a bit dated, the pool facilities are great compared to other resorts. The water quality isn't excellent, but it's still good enough for a swim. The location is also good, as you can easily walk to nearby restaurants. The night view is beautiful.

Excellent location with a private beach. I had booked a Lagoon Superior room, but they upgraded me to an Ocean View room. It was a very relaxing stay.
