Sheraton Chongqing Hotel

The Twin Towers on Nabin Road, a landmark of Chongqing, offer unbeatable river views second only to Raffles City—quintessentially Chongqing! I was thrilled to be upgraded to a suite 🥳, and we even temporarily moved our meeting to the suite's living room. A big thank you to Xiao He at the front desk.

We were upgraded to a high-floor room with a fantastic view. Parking in the garage was very convenient, and the breakfast was also great—the tomato and egg noodles were exceptionally delicious! The room service was wonderful; after mentioning to Xiao Li that I've been taking traditional Chinese medicine recently, she thoughtfully provided extra drinking water and promptly brought me band-aids whenever I needed them. Xiao Li is super sweet and attentive! The location is great, making it super convenient to go for a stroll by the river and enjoy the view. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, which is great for sleep quality.

The room was quite nice. This time I brought my family to Chongqing for a vacation during the off-peak season, so it wasn't crowded at all. We really got to experience what people call the '3D magical city.' The hotel is right by the river; being from the north, we found it a bit humid, but the night view is top-notch and absolutely stunning. Stepping out of the hotel at night gives you that enchanting, glittering city vibe. You can grab a drink at one of the riverside bars, though it definitely depends on the weather. If it's sunny, the sunset in the evening is gorgeous, making it a fantastic spot for taking photos along the riverbank. Personally, I think the hotel has a pretty unique style.

Although the Sheraton is a bit dated, its service and facilities are still top-notch. The high-ceilinged lobby is spacious and airy, completely lacking the cramped feel of ordinary hotels. Jasmine at the front desk was warm and welcoming with a contagious smile, and she even helped arrange a room upgrade. The guest room was spacious, making for a fantastic stay!

The hotel boasts an exceptional location with very convenient transportation around. Whether for daily commutes or shopping and sightseeing, hailing a cab is a breeze. It's much more comfortable staying here than over in the Yu zhong area. During check-in, the front desk staff, Miss Cai, was warm, attentive, and extremely patient. She considered every detail thoroughly, which made my trip with my 75-year-old mother a very pleasant and reassuring experience. The guest room was impeccably clean with no neglected corners, and all facilities were well-maintained and complete, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. The overall sense of quality is remarkable.

The service was top-notch—I highly recommend Sheraton Chongqing Hotel! Located on Nanbin Road, its iconic golden twin towers are an eye-catching landmark of Chongqing's Nan'an District. Lit up at night, the atmosphere is simply amazing and perfect for photos. Inside, the hotel features an elegant European design, with a high-ceilinged, spacious lobby adorned with crystal chandeliers and marble floors, exuding luxury and exquisite craftsmanship. Our room offered stunning views, was spotlessly clean, and had soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Eva was warm and courteous throughout, making the check-in process swift and patiently answering all my questions. Her thoughtful service really made a difference. The location is unbeatable—right outside is the riverside promenade on Nanbin Road, ideal for a relaxing stroll, and it's quite close to Longmenhao Old Street and the Yangtze River Cableway. The breakfast offered a great variety, including authentic Chongqing spicy noodles. Whether you're visiting Chongqing for sightseeing or a quick getaway, this hotel is a fantastic choice. A solid 10/10 experience—I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!

This international five-star hotel was a huge disappointment. The facilities are old and many things don't work. It really doesn't live up to the image of an international big brand. A very disappointing 5-star hotel experience, I do not recommend it.
