Hotel Valldemossa is a 5-star hotel, but with at least a 6-star service (their attention to detail is second to none). Manager Selim was not only professional, but so friendly and personable. It took us well over an hour to check in to our room because we were having great conversations over the welcome cava and cold beer. This is not the place that makes you feel like an opportunity for business, the whole crew has the friendliest attitude and service. There’s no need for my comment on the hotel facility, quality of the breakfast and the amazing location and sceneries. If you happen to find yourself visiting Chopin’s home, this hotel will not disappoint. Thank you Selim for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit again! Cheers!

My wife and I had a fantastic four-night stay at Hotel Valldemossa. The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building that has been converted into a truly special place to stay while preserving all of its charm. Our room was spacious, stylish, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We were welcomed by Gon, who was incredibly warm and friendly. He took so much time to show us around and tell us about the hotel and the history of Valldemossa. We’ve honestly never experienced such a personal welcome anywhere else. The rest of the team was just as kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. Most of the time, there were only a handful of guests relaxing by the pool or enjoying a swim, making it the perfect place to unwind in complete peace. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality food. The hotel is also home to De Tokyo A Lima, an outstanding restaurant. It’s definitely worth dining there, but make sure to reserve a table in advance, as it’s very popular with both hotel guests and visitors from outside the hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Valldemossa during our honeymoon at the end of May 2026. It is hard to put into words just how beautiful, relaxing, and truly excellent this hotel is. The service was the best I have seen in years. The rooms were spacious, food was delicious, and the nighttime tea with turn down service was a cherry on top. We are already looking forward to returning!

From the minute you step on to the gorgeous property, pass the 800 year old olive tree, and get comfortable with your welcome drink in the beautifully appointed check in space with a stunning view, you know you are in for a treat. The staff is incredible, and you feel very well taken care of. Our room was beautiful -- comfy bed, ample courtyard and sitting space -- and we enjoyed the spa and outdoor exercise room. Definitely stay for dinner at Tokio de Lima and you won't believe the breakfast buffet -- all with the most stunning view of Valldemossa. You'll feel far away, but Palma airport is within 35-40 minutes, so it's a perfect first stop in Mallorca.

Fabulous hotel in the village of Valldemossa. Absolutely beautiful grounds. Rooms are lovely and the staff are friendly. Great food offering in the restaurant and extensive wine list.

Simply the best hotel of our trip. Only 12 rooms dotted around the property with large private terraces. Large cool pool which we generally had to ourselves. Small but nice spa with hydrotherapy jet. Terrace with great view. Just over 5 mins walk and you are in the busy centre of a charming town with lots of restaurant options. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

This was our second visit to Hotel Valldemossa and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. The hotel is an oasis of tranquility but within easy walking distance of Valldemossa. The rooms are beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The pool area is very relaxing and the loungers are very comfortable. Breakfast offers a good variety of fresh food and the lunches by the pool were delicious. The best cristal bread I have ever had! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. What makes this hotel very special is the staff. They are all wonderful. From arrival to departure they look after guests so well. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always around to assist any way they can. Anna the deputy manager is exceptionally good and manages to be both very friendly and also professional. Gonzalo is a breath of fresh air with his daily greetings and smile. We cannot wait to visit again.
