Hacienda Beach Club & Residences

The ocean view room was great and constantly cleaned couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on a swimmable beach and also steps from downtown. Also very welcoming and helpful staff especially Diego, Jorge, and Jerry at the beach equipment hut, they helped us on many days to organize different activities and made our stay a lot easier.

Loved the pools, ocean and staff. Great place to spend you 30th anniversary. Thank you all for the love. Room was quite nice, cleaning and turndown service every day. Pool food was also really good, ate off the resort for all the dinners though. Location was also epic, walked to the Office, marina and a few small beach front restaurants in minutes. That was really nice. Lastly, the concierge team was amazing, had our backs through the entire trip. Thank you everyone at the Hacienda Beach Club.

Location location. Hacienda Beach is in a gated community and is situated on swimmable Medano Beach, is walkable to the Marina, shops, grocery and restaurants. The villa was nicely maintained and quite spacious. The service is impeccable. The special touch of being greeted with fresh guacamole and margaritas prepared in your villa is a nice welcome surprise. We enjoyed the beach and the amazing poolside service. The restaurant was on repeat for us, with high quality food, ambiance of ocean views and breezes, and live music. Kudos to the staff for their service!

Our suite was stunning and so large. We felt right at home. The cleaning crew is amazing as are the guys who shuttle you around places (Juan and others). Both nightlife scenes are on either side of the property which is amazing (walking distance). Concierge is super helpful in booking tours. Highly recommend. Only downside is no sunsets on that side but the views are spectacular!

My boyfriend and I went to Hacienda for a getaway and had the best time! This was my first time in Cabo and I will totally be coming back here and to Hacienda. The property was beautiful, the pool and beach were amazing and so clean. We truly felt relaxed here. The resort had an activities center on the beach that was so fun - shoutout to Mauricio, Diego, and Jorge for helping us out at the activities desk. They were all truly amazing and helpful & I can’t thank them enough. Also the restaurant and pool bar were one of my favorite parts of the trip. I loved the ‘margarita del día’ with all the fresh fruit & the ceviche was to die for. Truly a 10/10 trip, thank you to everyone at Hacienda!

Amazing service! Had the best time ever with my family! I wish I could stay forever, best place to stay in Cabo 100%! Hugo was so nice and friendly! Love all of the staff. So so very helpful and kind.

We recently stayed at Hacienda Beach Club & Residences and had an outstanding experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with impeccably maintained grounds that make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The golf cart drivers will take you back and forth to your condo. We got to know all of them! Tito, Santiago, Hugo, David, Salvador and Juan. They were all so friendly and would great us in the mornings. One of my favorite features was the gym. It is large, spacious, and equipped with a great variety of equipment. I enjoyed working out there every day during our stay. The views are simply breathtaking, whether you’re looking out over the beach or enjoying the scenery around the resort. Beyond the beautiful setting, what truly made our stay special was the staff. Every person we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. Hacienda Beach Club & Residences exceeded our expectations in every way. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo.

SERGIO is the BEST!!! He got us our drinks as we requested and quickly too. He was so polite and wanted us to have a great time. Ask for Sergio when you’re by the pool.

I have been coming to Cabo San Lucas for over 25 years. I have been lucky enough to have experienced most of the five star resorts and Hotels all the way down the corridor as it has grown and expanded with new properties. I had a property on the Esperanza resort. I have always wanted to experience a stay closer to downtown Cabo San Lucas. I have always known about the Hacienda, but did not know about their facelift to this new Hacienda Beach club and residences. I booked this reservation through one of the owners. In my opinion, this beach club is 5+ stars. Truly top notch because of the staff. I have never encountered this high degree of attention to detail and of personal help and care for anything I needed help with or information about or excursions I could go wish to experience. All of which could not be accomplished without the exceptional care of the staff starting with Salvatore, Tito, Hugo, DAVID, Santiago, JUAN, and chef Max . We had a private dinner by Chef Max that beats the San Francisco restaurants. I enjoy dining in truly one of a kind experience. I will not forget. The Concierge staff we’re fantastic. Emilio, LAUREN ,Any question any desire or name of a restaurant or excursion was quickly and promptly accomplished verified and I was set to go.!!! I can’t wait for my return this stay was certainly not long enough Thank you all so much for making my stay a memory I won’t forget sincerely, Patrice Schechter
