Location wise is good, there is a 711 2mins walking distance and 20mins drive to central Chiang rai. It is also near Lan Muang night market. However I find that the shower head water is a little small and hair dryer also not working. But overall service is excellent and hotel is clean.

The toilet has a strong odor, which is very harmful to health if inhaled all night long. The toilet' pipe seal systems urgently needs to be improved.
